Thanks for the heads up DemonBuddy team!
The very nature of how DB works is flawed profiles lead to bot like behavior we're lamb being sent out to slaughter here. Screw the warden protection we need randomness in DB profiles wont ever be safe.
Just do a charge back. It is what I am going to do! You have up to 6 months to do a charge back.
Diablo3.... The bot is what it is. Fuck Blizzard.
Call you credit card issuer and tell them you did not get the service you paid for. You purchased a game to use.. they terminated the contract and you are no longer receiving what you paid for. Perfect reason for a charge back. I purposely bought from Blizzard Store so I could charge back if they fucked me. Which they did.
See previous. I paid for a service.. I no longer receive service.. I get my money back. You can not sell something then deny service to it and not expect a charge back. It is like me selling you a car and then deny you use of it.
Their ToS won't hold up in any court. It looks nice, but holds no weight.

I actually used paypal for this very instance.
Selling a service at a one time fee is a contract for said service. There is no service contract signed at time of payment, as such it is a purchased product which is owned. Denial to said purchased product could be construed as fraudulent. Again.. This will have to be run by someone who does this for a living and has access to the West Law Database.

You violated a TOS you agreed to you would lose and go to jail.

Any time a contract is altered after the first contract is drafted, it is actually a breach of contract. I can site that as reason enough. I agreed to the first one, the contract was since ratified after the 30 day period, had I not agreed to said contract, I would not be able to use the product I purchased. Breach of Contract can apply in this instance for reason of refund.
I lol'd at this post. How did korea get together a class action lawsuit if the TOS is so strong? How did it even reach court?
As for the demonbuddy, I read somewhere that demonbuddy shuts down auth servers/bots when banwaves go out or if it's detectable, a trip-wire to for safety precautions. Is demonbuddy detected or are they manually looking at each account to determine if the account is botting?
Obviously a paralegal girlfriend > A multimillion dollar corp. team of lawyers.
Seriously, do you really think they would have the battle.net balance they way it is, if it was not legal? It's just like Disneyworld and the Disney dollars, or tokens from ChuckECheese.
Do you like to be a thief?
