My bot is ready for the last lvl 15 story quest(but it has stopped working) it says its given in ul'dam so i manually walked there because the bot stopped working but the npc dosent have a quest for me, bartholomew i looked it up here Call of the Sea (Limsa Lominsa) - Gamer Escape's Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14) wiki

As for your specific question, if you did ANY quests manually, you should just start over. Questing isn't able to check if you've done a quest by pinging a SE server like HB can with WoW, so right now there is no way for RB to see that a quest has already been done on a character unless all the quests you've done on that character were through a RB's profile.

That's not even close to true. Have you looked at profiles? IsQuestCompleted.
Main profile wasn't designed for people starting it in the middle which is the issue, not that the api isn't there.
