Out of every premium routine, does anyone know which ones are currently preforming the best? I am trying to figure out which class I should play as I am now just coming back from a break.

I can vouch for Vitalic's profile as well. Reached 2.2k+ with the PQR version. I heard the HB version is better but I can't check it myself as I'm playing with ~600ms nowadays. Warrior's Gladiator profile and Mirabis' Leaves (resto druid) also helped me reach 2k rating. For PVE, I am using TuanHa's profiles although I think the free PureRotation profiles can be a bit better at some situations.

Remember that the PVP profiles isn't literally an iWin button, you still need to learn the basics of positioning, choosing a target, when to switch, coordination with your team, when to burst etc.
