I have been emailing [email protected] for the past 2 weeks about a lost key of mine , i've given all the payment info and even all my email adresses , the person who is dealing with me told me to reply of one of my emails which i did sevral times only to get back the reply : Ok, and what was it about, what did you want me to do . That was 7 days ago and i have emailed every other day since then only to get total silence , this is not fair on me i payed for a 1 session life time bot only to have it taken from me .

if you read it i am stating that my key is lost as in i don't have it anymore but still own it , the person who is helping me stated that i have a key and it should be sent to my other email ... he hasn't sent me the key so it feels like they have taken it from me . i am posting here on forums because i need help and after a week of emailing them from the email they told me to it's getting a little anoying.
 
why dont you try auth service?

yep tryed there the account i have at the moment doesn't have one on there so i can only assume i had a diffrent account on a email that is long gone along with the key . but with my bank statements proving i payed for it , it shouldn't be so hard for them to believe i payed for it
