got Coruscant and Port Raga to work, and now starting Taris. Since u made the post in dec of last year do you plan on doing Nar Shaddaa yet?

Its trying to pickup a quest from a guy named Agent Jaffkee who is located somewhere that I can't seem to figure out but the problem I'm having is that my character is running into a red area again thats for consulars only. I'm a smuggler. Below is the log.

If you completed quests by hand, then you missed a transport part.
Go to the nearest transport and go to the next zone (green Arrow to travel to)

First Issue is a MESH issue, If you are in the area press dump location, you will get more info (if you have extremely spammy on)
Go to Support part of the forum and create a new thread with that issue (you will have examples if you see at my second post of this thread)
Post the link here and ill integrate them in this thread.

Second issue is, i hope, a temporarily bug of the game, maybe its getting resolved after a client reboot.
If not again press dump location (with extremely spammy on) and click on NPC and Dump target.
Then post the info in this thread and i will go take a look.
 
What do you mean by transport to the next zone? Its trying to get a quest from some agent guy. I didnt complete any quests by hand I only turned them in manually when the bot completed them. Your profile, and kick's profile are both trying to get a quest from this guy, and refuses to do anything else.

So you did "complete" the quest and turned them in!!!
The chance you missed the piece of code to pick up transport is high.
So again move your char to the next zone and your fine...

Next time let the bot please do the rest/everything, this is all user error.
 
I currently have Skype up, would you mind helping me build a profile for my Vandguard? Hes currently on Tatooine and I just wana learn the best way to do this so I can start making Profiles for my 11 other chars at 55. I have read the guide lines for doing this, I just learn better when ppl talk to me on messenger rather then getting fustrated on what the guides tell me to do..

Sorry my time is very limited for Skype-ing to teach you how to write profiles, you need to see code...
If you got questions, just make a new thread in the profiles section and ill help out, where you have problems...
That way other people can learn aswell.
 
Got another problem with one of yours scripts. This time I did absolutely nothing to interfere with the route it runs. Its supposed to interact and activate some emergency generators from level 2 and 3 of a infected hospital or something. And its not doing it. All it keeps saying is that destination may not be reachable by mess. Its right in front of my character yet it doesn't activate the generators. All it does is kill the enemies around them.

Your issue is Taris - dynamet general hospital. Mesh issue needs to be resolved by the guys who made this bot, not me.
Plus as you can see mesh issues are generally not being resolved!!!

If you want better support on this for mesh, please send pms and what not to Aevitas, walter and Hawker...
The more people that bitch about it, the highest chance we will get love...
 
Hi Cryo,

I've come back to SWTOR after getting bored with WoW, and I'm keen to help if I can - I'm no programmer, but if there's information gathering I can do then let me know.

I've dusted off my level 28 Republic Trooper to level by hand (using BuddyWing for rotation help). I see you're working on Nar Shadaa, which I'll have hopefully got through by the time you've completed.

Is there anything I can collect for you when I get to Alderaan?

Thanks for your help, but tatooine was finished on trooper and smuggler, but not edited for knight and revised for Consular.
Alderaan on the other hand, i worked on with smuggler and trooper, but not finished yet.
Halfway during alderaan double xp weekends came, so i rushed my trooper and smuggler.
They will get completed if im there with all 4.
Nar shaddaa only needs one more toon, then it will get released.
If you go beyond alderaan, you can help on class quests with every part of the quest:

Dump quest
-what do i need to do on that part of the quest
- if needed dump target names of nps i need to interact with or need to kill
so for grind do something like we need to grind these npcs and dump all location where the mobpacks are.
for interact, interact with - dump target -
for useobject, useobject "device name" with dump my location.

If i get this i can work on the profiles, without using swtor (ie i can do this at my job ) :)
 
Today i added Nar Shaddaa!
Please be aware for the following quests:
- Captive, when you engage Ako Domi, some classes it works, some wont.
This has to do with routine that doesnt select the target correctly, so maybe have to manually kill this part.
- Smuggler quests when going to Drooga the Hutt / Ga'ram. THEY SUCK! they are elevated and tried to finish this with a series
of jumping, but if the bot justs misses its window, it will try to unstuck forever untill you help it out.

After 5 Hours of Botting in " Nar Shaddaa ", there was no issue, everything was working bot is doing his job well.

so i have got a little problem that tey run onto a red door / closed area i have logfile up

its near the end allways same coordinates

Ah youre at Ako Domi.
What you need to do is go there and complete manually.
I will check if i can put it in a while statement so that on death it will try to take the elevator.
The problem lies with ako domi and the routines.
Ako domi is the weakest of the 3 and according to how the routine works, he is selected first to be killed.
Sadly ako domi is one of the few mobs that is not attackable at first. Still the bot tries to nuke it.
If the routine would be able to detect this, you would have no problem whatsoever...
So when Joe or walter fixes this, the profile would run much better!
 
ahh okay, so i will play this part manually. thast no problem. i just wondered why it allways run on Red wall. so it means its done already.

i will post more if i find something
 
Nea i think you propably died, and it wanted to go down, but it lacks the abbility to do elevators itself, or you did it already correctly but the bot was to fast /slow with reading your current step at the quest. It then stays in that loop and fails to go further (this is in most cases solved by restarting bw)
 
is that the master list of mesh issues? if not, make me a master list. i'll get to them in the coming weeks
