Got hit around the 18 also but i hade this weird problem around the 1 december i format c: my computer the 2 december i istallede diablo 3 and deamon buddy but deamon buddy kept crashing after u right the login key it just gave a error and shuttede down i tryede everything nuttin workede even up 2 the 14 december i tryede db loggin in error i thod it maybe some bug and wass waiting for update and then 18 december bannede:) haw the hell did not even bot did only try 2 open the program 2 or 3 times a day and could not get it 2 open and run so did not even bot and still got bannede the 18 december for the same reson as eveyon els yousing 3 part program but it WASENT running? :D haw

okay, i think i figured it out....

He bought DB + New copy of d3. Wiped out and did a fresh install of windows before installing it. Lvled his toon to 60. At that point, he ran his bot and it instantly crashed after entering the auth key. He thinks he tried everything he could, but just couldn't get DB to run. And BAM! December 18th, he's banned! And he was never even able to get DB to run.
