if this is what hede told us it might even be a good information. That means against all odds, it might not be server side detection?

He sent several error reports. This was the reason.

Unfortunately, demonbuddy kept crashing immediately after I typed in the login key (it gave an error message before shutting down). I tried everything and nothing worked; this went on until December 14. I thought it was a bug and was waiting for an update to demonbuddy. Finally, I was banned on December 18.

How the hell was this possible when I didn't even bot? I did try to open demonbuddy 2 or 3 times a day, but could not get it to run successfully. Even though I didn't bot, I still got banned on December 18 for the same reason as everyone else.

and diablo did not give any error msg on db shut down and diablo did not shut down when db did it ran perfect with out problems

troll post ? wtf hb what about u go troll something waste of my time going hear just trying 2 help and haw the hell do diablo 3 give a error msg u cant se when another program crashed ??? so if my skype crash diablo get a error msg if my windows media player crash Diablo gets a error msg i cant Se why it should send a error msg 2 diablo when another program crashes silme ? what the hell are u talking about ? db is attached 2 diablo have nuttin 2 do with diablo 3 beside its muving it so when db crashed WHY should it send a error msg 2 diablo

so at the end of the day what got you bannede?
 
make a ticket tell them exactly this . you tried to bot but you were too dumb to bot :) and didn't succeed in making it work and that they bannede you for nothing
go forward with this if you know you didn't bot and insist until they unban you, go to court :p etc
