Read the 'simple tips avoid banned' sticky. Basically anything over a certain number of poe account hours a day will get you flagged. A botter can easily over-extend that hour limit.. you really need to feel out the safe botting hours as there is a big gray area.. so depends on the level of risk...

Garena not supported that I know of. EB can do quests act 1 normal to 3 merciless but without an auto-equiper there is some work to do but NOTHING compared to what it was before the quest plugin...
