Exilebuddy has stopped working

I just purchased eb few hours ago, i get this error eb has stopped working , install .net framework 4.5.1 and Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 and still getting the same error, help please?

I believe you did not install all requirements . . .
