I am pretty sure bot-bans are permanent. The only incidents I know of temporary bans are from WoW, where you'd get banned for exploiting, harassment or similar.

Because it's random?.. Nothing is truely random, as some pointed out. It's impossible to make anything statisticly completely random. But as Blizzard has stated on multiple occasions, drops and their locations are random. If that doesn't sink through your tinfoil hat, then that's your headache...

I think the 10% -> legendary still stands. So a 41% gem in helmet would give you 4.1% more legendaries, theoretically.

It sounds like you're using the manglemaw profile without having read the readme, tbh.

I know they're account bound. But I heard talk of being able to trade them by socketting items and trading said item. Anybody know anything about this? I've tried it and can't do it the easy way; socket, drop, pickup-> doesn't work. Is there more to it?

Thanks for the tip. Supposedly I can fix the adventure mode one, by clearing act 3 on campaign. But that sounds so absurd I don't want to throw my time into clearing the act, just to find out it didn't fix it.

As the title reads, I put in a request for a working core of arreat profile. There are several Core of Arreat profiles in the act 3 section, but none of them actually work. Sadly.
