Magic Find and Helm socket

Hello,
I'd like to know if Magic find is still interesting.
I read that 100% MF = 10% chance to find Legendary and 30% yellow items.
41% gem + Nagelring. Is there other item with MF ?

Do you use Magic Find gem in your helm ? Or Experience / % Life ?

ive ntoiced a .5 increase in legendaries per hr. with mf on

I think the 10% -> legendary still stands. So a 41% gem in helmet would give you 4.1% more legendaries, theoretically.

This increase is diminished for rare/legendary and set items though also 100% is double the rate so 41% will not mean 4.1% more that would bee 410% magic find for 4.1% more .

1% chance + 100% MF = 2% chance
10% chance + 100% MF = 20% chance

plus u can only have a max of 300% MF which is only possible with vanilla items
