Its a cool amulet, 190 dex is high but not too much(amulets can get 300dex max with double stats), perfect cc and chd, but i prefer less cc and chd and get some ias too. Not vitality, ias, @res, lph... So i think its a good prize, its around 1'5b gold i think, good sale ;) Maybe two months ago...

I'm almost sure that u get banned only your license on d3 account. For example, if u got Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3, and you get banned in Diablo 3, you can still playing SC2 with that account. And you always can buy a new one serial of D3 and start botting again, starting from 0, no ip ban...
