    Ahh, Thanks!.. I reviewed my profile and the issue was due to TrinityUseOnce maxing out when dying and not properly exiting the area, I added additional check following the end of the TrinityUseOnce tag to see if I'm still inside the area. (Late nights cause mind fog!) :)
