I have never had any luck whatsoever of getting unbanned. I dont even try anymore, i just fire up a new character and start again.

same issue here, mine says "account is successfully launched" then goes back to disabled. It won't actually launch the game. Hoping this gets fixed soon, a lot of people will be getting rid of 8 for 10.

nope, all testing has to be done in archeage. Try/catch statements are extremely important, you dont want to forced disconnected by the gods.

honestly, i am not sure they care if you are found by a gm. I had never had a warning or anything and was full patron with a pretty good amount of money spent. They would not reverse the ban regardless of what i asked or said.
