Banned - Grinding Bot

Banned last night, didn't receive an email so i am assuming that a GM manually banned my character. I have contacted the appeals and hoping for the best. Not sure how long it usually takes to hear back. Was a paying patron, hopefully that helps the appeal somewhat.

Account is permabanned and they will not reverse it. It was my only account and has been patron for the past 2 months. I have never had an account banned or suspended until now. Was hoping they would at least give a warning first....

i cant stand leveling in this game... I was using it to get to 55. I ran in on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays for 6-8 hours at a time. I was on one of the top 3 most popular servers in the middle of nowhere in auroria.

had to be a GM watching you I have ran UF to grind 55 at anywhere from 12 to 18 hrs a day. and on your appeal its best to always say something like, I am sorry for botting I had just got "married or IM been busy with a new job , or my wife had a kid ", and I am very sorry I love your game and wish to play if you unban me I will play right from now on. Don't say you didn't do as if the Gm was watching you just lied on top of botting you will never get this acc back now :/

Is this just based on your personal opinion and there's no proof that it works? or have you tried out these excuses and they've actually worked and gotten your account unbanned?

honestly, i am not sure they care if you are found by a gm. I had never had a warning or anything and was full patron with a pretty good amount of money spent. They would not reverse the ban regardless of what i asked or said.

Never under any circumstances admit you are / were / ever botting to any video game company. They basically have to ban you otherwise you have in writing (ticket) that they allow bots.
