Tips on getting unbanned?

I've been back to Archeage for about 48 hours now.

1 account, 1 IP

- I've only done supervised botting
- Traderunner for ~4 hours, all supervised while watching Netflix, no issues.
- 1-33 Questing plugin for ~5 minutes. It got stuck and I just manually quested.
- Then I used the new scarecrow plugin for 20 minutes until I got banned.


Any unban tips? They said it was for "3rd party" and that "it would not be reversed"

I'm honestly not too upset, I know the risk of botting, but I'd like to at least make an attempt on getting the account back.
 
I have never had any luck whatsoever of getting unbanned. I dont even try anymore, i just fire up a new character and start again.
 
i was able to to get 5 unbanned. But these accounts never received a suspected user debuff.
 
It seems like a lot of people are getting banned from the scarecrow plugin. Also, I'd recommend not using the questing plugin either. If I use the questing plugin my names get automatically banned by the time they hit level 20, so I stop it at ~10 then just grind mobs in each zone until I can move to the next.

Regarding being unbanned, if they denied it then there's nothing you can do, just feign ignorance every time. I stopped appealing my bans though since they look into the banned accounts history and I don't want them linking it to other names. I have had a lot of my banned names in the past unbanned by appealing, but if I bot on them after being unbanned I usually end up being rebanned, it seems like they put you on some type of limited watch, I don't know. I haven't had a ban in several months besides 1 name, which was banned while offline and they sent me an email with the TOS message. I feel like I triggered some type of auto ban on it somehow, I did bot that name for 5 months straight though, lvl 55 from labor only.
