The party I'm advising still has not been responded to by blizzard in any way about the $5000 charges, but she has had all of the rest of her PayPal disputes reach resolution (in her favor) and she has had her MASTERCARD finalize the provisionary credits, so she has been fully refunded for the past 90 days of RMAH purchases. We are unsure how or when blizzard will respond about the rest (which is at least less then 50% of the total), but I would imagine they may be waiting for the 30 day mark from 18/12/2012. It appears from the claim on the BBB's website, Blizzard (likely has from the change in status which before said waiting for the business to reply) has sent them a response, but the BBB is still processing it maybe? They have not released their response to us, and we have not been able to see what they have said in response yet. To anyone else in similar situation please be similarly as discreet as I have been in your postings, because it is very plausible that blizzard could be monitoring these forums.
