Belphegor the official combat routine - We need you're feedback to improve it!

maybe im missing something in the setting menu or w/e... but how can you set it so bot can avoid arcane sentries as much as possible?? i thought i had already adjust the avoid range already, but it's not executing in action. sometimes the bot even run with the laser.. or just stand there and take hits. please help! thanks in advance

Currently we have no way to determinate the direction of the beam,
Belph tries to generate reachable safe spots, when the generation fails it will just keep fighting. Maybe you've adjusted the range to big :)
 
I modified DaemonHunter.cs and made it not use vault to move if the secondary resource was less than 20.
This significantly improved my survivability because vaulting to move would not drain discipline to the point where preperation would be used.
This results in preperation being saved for battles where it's needed.

Perhaps you could change the 'vault to move' option into 'vault if discipline > x'
 
Couple of things about Belph and Demon Hunters (I'm using latest beta build #82):

1) Fan of Knifes is not optimized. The bot will be used as soon as any mob is in range. It should be changed to be used in the following:
(3 or more mobs at melee range) or (one champ/elite and other mob at melee range)

2) The bot seems to have the chills and always search cover near fires :P

The bot is trying to hit the mobs through the fire and since the fire is an obstacle, the shoots don't hit the target. Then the bot just keeps spamming shoots until you realize it and move it (if you're actually monitoring the run). This happened with Skycrown torches.
 
Gonna add the Vault Discipline stuff and the Fan of Knifes stuff to the config.

for the Problem with the fires I don't realy know what to do about it cause they are not blocking the los :(
 
Monks uses spirit, well lets say not optimal.
It would be allot more efficiant to save atleast 10 spirit for the use of Serenity, and 25 Spirit for Breath of heaven. (and 35 if both are chosen) Instead of spending all spirit pretty much instantly.
This would lower deathes and increase clear time, and make the bot more suitable for Hardcore.
On a side note I belive it also should only use spirit for mantra of healing refresh if you are above 140 spirit or below 90% health.

I've since modified my version to also disable vault for movement if preparation is equipped and on cool down.
My DH relies heavily on shadow power and LS so every bit of discipline helps.
 
I would like to learn how to identify SNO's so that I can modify your combat routing to enable kiting for particular enemy's such as the charging bulls in Fields of Misery, the hammer weilding 'Pain Mongers' in Dahlgur Oasis and the key warden in the Dahlgur Oasis.

If you can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

1) Get near the SNO you want to known.
2) Go to DB's Info dumping tab.
3) Hit dump ractors button.
4) Find the SNO in the output DB will generate.
 
I am trying to modify onlevelup of a monk of belohegor routine to make my bots use their skills smarter when leveling. I think I almost got it down, but I got 1 question: is there an equivalent of "SetActiveSkill" for passives, and if there is - what is the syntax of it?
 
Does anyone know the SetActiveSkill sno for fists of thunder? SNOPower.Monk_FistsOfThunder doesn't get recognized. =)
 
my barb doesnt use revenge , only when like 0 fury and he cant use whirlwind
 
@J0achim, I'd like to know if DH kiting support is planned, as i havent really saw any improvements on the changelogs on the unsupported skills (caltrops, spike trap, vault) and that makes botting with a DH really expensive.
 
I find my DH still uses "Fan of Knives" sometimes too far from a mob or just hitting one mob, when several are moving towards the bot. Wasn't this changed in an early version?

I suggested some time ago, to be triggered when 3 or more mobs (normal ones) where in range or when an elite where in range, but don't know if that was the change applied.
 
Hi, i'm looking for help/advice how to tweak the belphegor combat routine for wd zombie bear build.

Is there a way to ensure bears are only used on elite monstors within 3 or less range? Currently the routine would sometimes spam bears on destructable objects and/or weak adds so by the time an elite comes, the mana pool isnt in optimal use.

and also help to have spirit walk always up when fighting elites

My barb will sometimes spam rend about 6-8 times, even if he hits the mob, he keeps spamming it.
