New feedback for v277:
Playing barb on actII/III inferno with Earthquake(Giant's Stride), Leap(Iron Impact), Rend(Blood Lust), WarCry(Impunity), Frenzy(Maniac), Revenge(Provokation).
The rend-issue is still there. One situation: He leaps into a magic-pack, doing earthquake, doing revenge. But not a single rend. Next magic-pack. He leaps in, doing no earthquake (on cooldown), doing revenge, doing rend (after first rend he doesn't do it for >5s). Maybe the CC using rend only <100% life?
On both situations it should look like: Leap, Earthquake, Revenge = Rend. Like a priority list. But maybe to config that he prefers >50% hp rend and <50% revenge. Revenge is a emergency heal and instant heal to survive, rend is just a heal over time effect.
And using "big cooldowns" only on magic-packs would be so nice. Maybe a little button for this option. :>
It's so funny to watch sometimes he does it all perfect and it's like you think "oh, damn now leap to escape and run in for health globe" and he does it. Soooo much love there for your work guys.
Is it maybe possible to avoid the darts from the "Desert Hornet"? Or is it just impossible to track it? Sometimes he gets it like pacman.

Health Globes. I can't really say that it is really 100% fixed because I don't really have problem at actII. But if I need one, he gets one. Just saw too few situations for a 100% statement.
addendum:
Ok. Earthquake problem solved by set the bar to 20. Magic packs OR 20 surrounding mobs = earthquake now. But is that really a solution? There should be a more significant config.
