This has got to be the biggest fail statement of the year, and for it to come from a dev is truly shocking. HB auth servers are TERRIBLE. Atleast twice a week the auth servers go down, just scroll through the support forums and see the HUNDREDS of posts about it.

Don't attack us on what we know is working.
We he says it is working as it should, he means that there is no problem logging into the bot at the current time, which I am sure you are aware of if your bots are logged in.

Does the auth server have problems? Yea, and what server doesn't from time to time.
Don't make useless posts completely off topic to the OP's problem.

So it took all of 3 days for them to take a shit again. I am sorry, but I have not dealt with ANY other auth servers besides HB that are down this much, it's just down right TERRIBLE..... There has not been a stable HB in any sense of the word since the MoP pre-patch, which was what, 6 weeks ago or so?

We actually took them down for what should have been a momentary downtime (basically; should have only effected a few users) but a strange issue popped up which caused it to take about 10minutes to resolve. They're back up now. Might be a bit spotty while everyone is logging in at once, but this downtime was to fix another issue we discovered. Sorry for the downtime!

Do not blame Tony, he wasn't aware of what we were doing at the time.

On a side note, everyone gets frustrated when things are not working. It is not like HB's Devs and Admins are going out of their way to piss people off. It took HB quite awhile to get where it was. It had a entire revamp and will take a bit of time to get back to that point. Be patient form my 2 years here at HB, I know they are trying their best.

Was it just me or was it more then just the Auth servers that were down. I was just now able to connect to the website again after about 15 minutes of trying. Seriously though I am in agreement with Cukie and not trying to bash or badmouth. These switches to the servers are being done at a time that isn't very convenient considering the rest of the issues with HB currently. I can deal with tiles not loading in certain area and the bot overall acting retarded from time to time but having it constantly disconnect and then get failed Authorizations and having my key switched around.... Not cool.
