Authentication failed!!

hey i have a problem. I try to log in with the code I got to my email but it says Authentication failed! all the time. I saw that more had had problems with this today, but it is supposed to be back up and running? please help me. now i have tried the new HB but it says the same. i have attach the new log..

update your Hb
 
I have added an exception in the firewall and virus program. It's still the same problem. I have even tried turning off the firewall and virus program.
 
auth servers are working as it should,something is blocking Hb

This has got to be the biggest fail statement of the year, and for it to come from a dev is truly shocking. HB auth servers are TERRIBLE. Atleast twice a week the auth servers go down, just scroll through the support forums and see the HUNDREDS of posts about it.

Don't attack us on what we know is working.
We he says it is working as it should, he means that there is no problem logging into the bot at the current time, which I am sure you are aware of if your bots are logged in.

Does the auth server have problems? Yea, and what server doesn't from time to time.
Don't make useless posts completely off topic to the OP's problem.
