Super Simple Tight Loot for Giles Trinity

Okies, posted before I saw you changes. I just threw it into unifed 0.38 and seemed to work fine for me.

Could you upload the file here or give me a hint on how to merge it myself? For some reason the Unified Giles with darks lootrules crashes DB for some people.
 
awesome, thinking I might change them quite a lot, maybe make the scoring work like

% of primary * 10000points
% of vit * 10000points
% of all resis * 10000points
% of atk speed * 10000points
% of crit chance * 10000points
% of crit damage * 10000points
movementspeed = 2500points

eg
150str out of max 300str = 5000points
150vit out of max 300vit = 5000points
40all resis out of max 80 = 5000points
10% crit chance out of max 10% = 5000points

Then using a score rating of 20,000 would pick up this item, what do you guys think?

Ok, with the unified .38 would be good, although I have my suspicion arcane avoidance has somehow bee mucked up.

new scoring system gives us a bit more flexability.

I prefer this way to darks way, doesn't muck too much with giles original concept.

.38 seems to fck up some things (compiler erros, plugins not showing up, arcane avoidance not working, there might be more) so you may want to implement it to another version first (.35 and .36 are working fine for me).
 
I see what you mean, its too late at night to try and get it working with the unified version but ive uploaded a new version from the nesox build with all new logic, try setting to 25000 and see how you go, ive also left a lot of logging in to help us determine a good ratio so if anyone could fill up their backpack and go to the town-runs tab in the plugin and click "Test Backpack scores" and let me know what they think, it will show you the havestat value and max stat and how many points it gets for it and then the total score at the end and give me any ideas on how to improve it. but for now this will have to do as im soooo tired

when you say try setting to 25000 does that mean for Weapon, Armor and jewelry?
 
wanna be a pal and upload just the changes to giles, because i have so many changes in my giles already i cant just overwrite it, or atleast let me know exactly which parts u changed?

do we just change all the code between these 2 points in the file?
 
Should be, i don't have the files on my work machine but try it and grab a full inventory then run inventory test from the plugin

Thanks for the logs, will check them when I get home? We're any of the items any good? Looks from the scores they were mostly rubbish
