I like the third option the best, and a gui might be the easiest way.
 
Made a quick Mulgore-Profile, got to 75, went to trainer and back so its working great so far! Lets see how it goes with vendor/mail when bags get full :)
 
^--- would be much easier to just fish in Dalaran to level. It's closer to the vendor and you also get your Coin Master achievment.

Yeah, but I figured Mulgore is the most deserted place where you can find water close to the trainer, and I believe its the least populated of the choices :)
 
This is a great addon maybe a mod should make a section for profiles for it ^^ any way heres one for salmon at ashwood lake in grizzly hills vendor is horde.

I fished to 450 at the Dal fountain, just sit there and chat to people while you do it, got all the coin awards too, best place to level.

I got this plug-in going finally, user error :) Works sweet.
 
Are plugins capable of changing HB's reported status? From, let's say "moving to hotspot" or "downloading mesh" to "Fishing" ?

Would be a nice idea :-)

You need to fly the bot manually to Skettis, Blackwind Lake.

Sells only Grey items.

Apparently there's something wrong with Angler9002. Whenever it's in reach of a fishing pool, it ignores the mobs around the bot and forgets to fight back, causing him to die. <--- FIXED

Will all the profiles created be bundled in a .zip file for future downloads. The idea of having profiles for each fishing area\quest great, I have started to do ones for the daily fishing quests as most other people would have too so i won't upload mine. I guess when someone comes and stands in the exact same spot as you for the single hotspot profiles you can just whisper "how is HB treating you" and see what reaction you get :)

I double checked and it 'should' hand over control to cc when in combat. would you happen to have a log?
 
It could have been stuck trying to apply lure, I just uploaded a fix
 
Will test tomorow, my servers went down for maintenance.
 
i'm having issues with it going finding it's way to the pools in crystalsong and dismounting/stoping in the water and trying to fish (and staying there.. i.e stuck and does nothing)

by in water.. i mean.. not on solid ground (i.e swimming or just off the ground in water so you can't cast... )

it sounds as if you are using a profile with only one hotspot. you need a profile with multiple hotspots for it go around looking for pools. you can try mines CrystalsongForest Pools.xml
If you still have same issue then I would like to see your log,
by any chance are you playing a gnome?

Should mention one more time, it's an amazing plugin, I've sold about 3k fishes for Fish Feasts!
And pools fishing is also superb. Thank you.
