Once it has been released to us how will we go about getting this, through the updater or a fresh download will be needed?

big fucking deal ey, its so important to know right now if you have to download a huge big ass 9mb file and use ALL that computer power on extracting the content of that file or if you have to just click 1 button from within the old honorbuddy UI.

can we get a staff answering this please and btw repporting this question for sticky on the front page cos its freaking important as hell!

Isnt it only thursday were honorbuddy is any way so we are, expected to wait another day. I could be wrong tho but in the calendar it also says thursday

So give them a break guys =)

Oh the emotions surrounding this little botprogram are truly strong! :D I think that is a good review on how awesome it really is :)

Actually, his question was useful. I was wondering that myself.

it works? did i miss something?^^

I'm using this developer's version to level my alts mining/herbalism. It is in no way afkable since it does not attack, but checking in periodically to kill mobs isn't a big deal. It's currently saving me 95% of my time. Though, since I am leveling these professions, on an 80+ toon, even if I'm afk for 10 minutes, the mobs hardly hit me so I don't die.

Getting popcorn and soda , all this use of bad language and bickering towards eachother for no other reason than beeing frustrated over a bot program getting updated and offline is funny :)

your wasting forum space on pointless shit, who gives a fuck if they have to redownload or update, the matter is of such tiny proportions it baffles my mind that you would even think of asking something like this, in my world this is stupid shit...

You really did make me lol. Was it really worth the nerd rage just because you missed his point.

Plus, the bot already works. They're just coding plugins and custom classes, which you would know if you did more than finger pop your asshole.

You children ***** me up, such little fanboys. The simple fact is that the devs have a proven track record of failing to meet deadlines over and over. You know why I like companies like Blizzard and Arena.net as a company? Because they do not give a release date until they are absolutely sure they can meet that date.

Remember the release of the SWTOR bot? I do...There was no word from development team until the day the bot was be to released that it wasn't ready for release. They let us know that day that the release was at least 3 weeks out.

Remember the release of the Diablo bot? I do...The exact same thing happened with that bot as well.

One things for damn sure. If I were a software dev, I would follow in the steps of companies that I respect and not give a release date until I was absolutely sure I could meet that date. It happens far too often these days with games. Months and months of delays.

Go ahead and continue to tell me to code my own bot. If I were to do that, you wouldn't know my bot would be ready for release until I was damn sure it was ready. Both the SWTOR and Diablo bot were working when they announced weeks-long delays, so that argument is invalid.

I love the bots that this team has released, I have used all of them except the WoT bot. Do I think the dev team does a good job of meeting stated deadlines? Hell no, not even close. They keep stabbing themselves in the foot over and over when it comes to release dates.

The countdown has begun! :D

Anyone know if it's gona be released during the day, at midnight or what?

It's funny because they both do!

My point exactly, rather than trawling these pointless dumb put downs page after page it would be useful to know if the updater is going to work, thus avoiding these "Zodder like" comments.

I really wish there was a sticky thread on th main page that only devs could post updates on that way i would not have to read useless chit chat and only see how the update is coming along which is the only concern people should have

When I take a serious look at the Dev version.
I say that HB is far away from being ready.
But all that depends on the effort Apoc and Nesox put into this on the last run.
But I would probably like to see them taking a rest and get fresh back to it than wasting themselves on it.

I didn't bother reading this all because I don't care. However, I did just want to mention how every patch day/expansion release Blizzard typically gives a deadline and then extends it because they're not ready, and then extends it... and then extends it. 5.0.4 was supposed to be live at 2pm EST... it came up at 6pm+ EST. ALL companies give deadlines, but often come across problems on top of those they've already accounted for.

I'll allow you to refer to me as a 'child', but it doesn't change the fact I'm smarter than you.

in b4 troll ;)
