Hey I was wondering what the current best build is for botting as a barbarian atm.
Best Barb Build for Champion Farming 1.0.4?

There's a few posts just search for Barbarian Build. Jackie has some good info but the best way is to not be lazy and experiment some for your char.

okay and yea i wanted to try a rend build, and was thinking bash with the damage % rune, rend with the healing rune, war cry with resist, battle rage with maruadders, wrather of bezerker with insanity, revenge with 30% proc, and for passives superstition, tough as nails, and rutheless. Any comments or suggestions on this build?

Been running A2 Champ profile with Tecnique's build for 2 hours with zero deaths.
Barb stats:
21K dps
Buffed resists of 745-900
37K life
48% Block
31.5 Crit
170 Crit damage
1044 life on hit
10K heath globe bonus
Barb stats:

Thinking I might ditch the shield go with a 2hander, as its calculated on base wpn dmg...

Probably, Rend will be nerf-batted in 1.04a quickfix patch. Blizzard probably wants you to play Throwbarbs.
I use this works like a charm by hand... not sure on db routines yet...
It does 400% dmg per /s and has the highest dmg buffer for barb...
A 20k unbuffed barb will get bout 40k dps buffed + (so its around 160k/dps actually on skills)
Bash > Punish (24% dmg raise)
Rend > Lacerate (903%/5s)
Overpower > Killing Spree (Depends on equip overall 2-5k dps raise)
Battle Rage > Marauder's Rage (Nice 30% buff dmg)
Whirlwind > Volcanic Eruption (Nice 188%/s)
Warcry > Impunity(If u lack some resist/def or go with sprint)
Masterys
Ruthless Weapons Master Brawler(nice 30% dmg)
Never found a elite that survived for more then 5s with this!

I just bought my self 2h with 1300dps, ~200str, ~240vit, ~1500loh it's ridiculous, champs are dying in 3-5sec, usually my rend don't even ticks for full 5 sec.
Using frenzy - side arm
revenge - provocation
battle rage - marauder's rage
rend - lacerate
leap - iron impact (not sure why I'm still using this lol), just switching it to sprint - marathon
war cry - impunity
This has to be nerfed soon tho, rend dmg is too high, and I think that I could easily run act2 as well, but with that life steal. :/
Also, I checked out Kripp's build, it really looks awesome in theory, but it's probably only viable if you have sick gear.

Anyone else tried 2h build ?
I'm using it now, its very effective for botting because the bot doesnt have to do much to stay alive (in contrast to the whirlwind build I was using prior to this which died often). It is farming act 2 with no resists (50k unbuffed DPS though) and at 0 deaths/hour currently. On my second bot (also barb) i'm running weapon throw build with Giles' new combat behaviours and the new 300th spear and it is GREAT, running with only 20k unbuffed DPS + 200% magic find and no resists, and it hasnt died once..
