I just started to bot a barb, bought decent items that can bot on MP4 without any deaths at a fast rate. All my items costed 8 mil altogether. I chose to ignore crit damage and crit chance since it makes the items so much more expensive and it's not needed unlesss you want 120K+ DPS. I tried a lot of different items before on d3up.com before I came up with a really strong item set.
I managed to get 10K ARMOR, 720 ALL RES, 75K DPS, 31K LIFE, 3% LIfeSteal (all you need with rend and bloodthirst) and ofcourse 24% movement speed, this is all unbuffed ofcourse. The DPS is alittle bit low now but I can easily upgrade it for a cheap cost since NO of my items got CD or CC at all. You're supposed to aim for high str on all your items and the highest dps 2h weapon you can find also on your ring, gloves, amu get attack speed and try to get a lacuni too without CC - since you always want to have 24% movement speed and since you don't have the CD or CC on any other items you won't need it there either. I got a 1611 DPS immortal club for 200k and there was so many of them in the AH at such a price.
I'm getting 38MIL exp/h running the tinnkaizer profile at MP4. (this is only with a socketed helmet and no hellflower ring) Since you're ditching CD and CC it allows you to get really cheap items and it allows you to get a lot of res/vit/armor instead of CD/CC and you will still maintain a good DPS by just getting STR and attack speed items.
Right now i'm using the skills:
Revenge - Vengeance is Mine (this one seems to be the most useless so far, will probably switch it up)
Sprint - Marathon (need that movespeed)
War Cry - Hardened Wrath (meh, you get really tanky but I feel leap or furious charge could be better than this)
Battle Cry - Marauders Rage (need da dmg boost)
Cleave - Reaping Swing (good aoe + awesome fury)
Rend - Blood Lust (rend is really strong but you might not need the blood lust rune)
Passives:
Bloodthirst (gives you life leech, you're not gonna have life leech on your weapon and the 3% from your mighty belt might not be enough)
Tough as Nails (you get really tank since you're massing strength which means a lot of armor, you will get sick tanky with this one but it can be changed for something else that gives you dps/mobility/fury)
Ruthless (5% CC, 50% CD - it doesn't help our DPS that much but I couldn't find another passive that would do more for you)
tl;dr:
if you want a really cheap and effective char, get a barb and focus only on attack speed, strength, tank and the highest 2h dps weapon you can find.
