[Plugin] Giles Stash & Loot Rule Replacer

I can only assume you had the gems in your backpack, you used DemonBuddy .185, and didn't see the note at the top of the first post about the rules files being incompatible with DB .185 without a special rules file update? :(

My plugin as it is - with correct rules files and DemonBuddy not being buggy, will always stash ALL gems of any quality that it finds in the backpack when it reaches the stash stage!

Thank you for the reply. I was useing Demonbuddy v1.0.744.185.

Kinda silly of me to keep them in the backpack, I was doing some manual runs and combined several high end gems, and forgot to put them in stash before I started DB again. Oh well, the most painfull thing after this happend (other than the -110.000.000 gems) is that I combine them manually, so it takes time.

Would you consider trying to make a plugin that combine gems?

Thanks for the feedback! That amulet you highlighted is worth a lot according to the AH, so I think it's quite right it scored that highly and stashed it!?

But blue items - yes I will add a check for armor & jewelry in the upcoming new version, and if the item is blue, reduce score valuations for all but the highest stat levels (like within 95% of max, which I'll just let it score normally, incase anything truly exceptional crops up).

Blue items (jewelries) with high GF/MF are good to sell if you can have a check on those :)

As for the Amulet I threw it in the AH and give you feedback if it really sells or not. We all know that even though it is being valued high in the AH it doesnt mean it sells. :)

It has additional stats too btw.

Yes .185 - that's the version that broke the loot-rules again. If you keep using .185, be sure to use the loot rules attached to post #337. I'd also never recommend updating DemonBuddy until at least 24-48+ hours after it's been released in future, and when you do, check all plugin threads for plugins you use to see if there's any known issues in future. Don't assume that just because DemonBuddy is updated, everything is better. This isn't the first time mistakes have been made in releases and things have been broken/gotten worse, sadly.

Blue items (jewelries) with high GF/MF are good to sell if you can have a check on those :)

As for whether things sell - no of course. Sometimes things are never worth what everybody else lists them at, and other times you just get unlucky and nobody wanted your item when it was listed (and perhaps listing again 3 days later it'd sell for double, you can never tell). But the purpose of the plugin is just to filter out all the things that USUALLY sell, and usually sell for 100k+ at least. What actually happens by the time you get it listed on the AH is something no plugin and no human can ever predict!

I got this a while ago maybe it could help you with your enhancements. Thinking of pushing Jewelries to 15000 score. We'll give you feedback again.

I found out that equipments with high armor are "hot" in AH right now. Quick 100-200k.

I am currently using version 1.6.1 plugin with DB 180 it used to work nicely for me but now there are some problem occur.
-When the bag pack is full sometime it keep trying to pickup the item even though the bag pack is full.
-after the identified are done it will go to stash and put only craft materials and gems in there none of the item that supposed to be keep are put in there so all of it get salvage(i checked the bag pack score after the identified are done)

1: This plugin has nothing to do with item pickups. This is a known bug with DemonBuddy and would happen with or without this plugin, and has been mentioned 5 or 6 times in this thread. Sorry I can't help - we have to wait for Demonbuddy to fix this bug unfortunately :(
2: It will only stash items that meet the score criteria. I always recommend keeping the score criteria at default levels in the config window (70k weapon, 15k armor, 13500 jewelry). My bots often complete a town-run with a backpack full of yellows all above ilvl 61 and not a single one of them is worth stashing.

I'm not uploading this to the main-post, as I am still tweaking numbers, but want more input and tests from other users. There are now much more tweaks, changes, and special-circumstance checks when calculating scores.

My hope is to rule out some of the stuff that would sometimes get stashed when actually it only sold for max 15k, and to start pushing the average prices to at least 100k "guaranteed sale" on everything if you use the default scores (70k weapons, 15k armor, 13.5k jewelry).

I'd like some feedback from people willing to test scores out, and then go on the AH and search for these items to see if it's getting the majority right. If you find a particular set of stats that is DEFINITELY worth good gold (and is ACTUALLY SELLING - and check the actual stats of other listed items to make sure they are actually similar and not loads better!) but being listed as "Trash/junk", then please post here - screenshot of the item hosted on imgur.com would be great, if not just list the item type, all the important stats, and what sort of gold price you think it'd sell for at minimum (and what score my plugin was giving it).

For some reason it does not loot hellion crossbow. I caught it running away from a good loot and came back and loot it myself. I tried dropping it to see if it loot the xbow but it runs away from it. Any idea why?

Edit: figured out the problem, I was running .185 with the old loot system and it did not work. When I switched over to the #337 loot system it picked it up like normal. I thought it wouldnt matter because I was using the old loot rules with .185 and it was looting regularly. I guess I've been skipping hellion xbows =[ but now it's fixed :)

v1.6.3 Test Version With New Junk Log Feature Attached Below:

The scoring is exactly the same as version 1.6.2, and I have quoted the post again below just incase anyone downloads 1.6.3 and missed the notes for 1.6.2. But this newer test version now creates a "junk log" for each character in the plugins folder - VERY similar to the stash log, but it logs everything that gets SALVAGED at the actual point of salvage (not items that get sold - nothing should ever be sold if using my plugin and loot rules). The junk log may include more stats than the stash log, as it'll even log stats that gave next to no score at all.

Hopefully with the junk log, and the stash log combined, and the test button, this will make it much easier for people to help me test the scoring and tweak certain stat combos up or down as appropriate. I myself will be running all my bots overnight with yellow_31 loot-rules (no blues), and analysing all the junk & stash logs tomorrow, but I welcome other people's input (especially if you're experienced with the AH!).

perfect giles, will run for a few hours and go back into the log, what does the log KEEP? what type of stats so we can look through them?

spoke too soon, just looked at it, AMAZING! this lets me know if its selling good or im actually getting crap! =) the latter seems true

Because you are using a non-English client? That's the only reason. Or perhaps you are using latest DemonBuddy .185 but are trying to use the loot-rules on the first post? If so read the huge red warning at the top of the first post and follow the link there.

Um, just got the names confused in the log, found another bow in my stash :) Now lets see what it goes for shall we, fingers crossed so decent coin to actually buy some great gear instead of just some good gear.

Name confusion is pretty common in DemonBuddy. Tbh I'm fed up of the memory-misreading from DemonBuddy, I'm *REAAAAAALLY* looking forward to them releasing the update that is supposed to fix all the Diablo memory-reading bugs for items! :D
