i think looks strange to see 6 Accs doing the same every day from the same IP

only issue with that is his MAIN account from the same IP was NOT banned.....

Well why should it be banned (assuming he doesn't use it to bot)? It's on a completely different CD Key and Blizzard allows us to purchase a new license and register it on the same account we get banned on.

There's not a lot they can do about people botting on the same IP, or if someone is multi-boxing. Who is to say that you don't have a shared internet connection, with the rest of your campus?
 
Well even so, they can't ban your main because you aren't doing anything wrong right? They even mentioned that you can purchase another key in the e-mail and register it to the same BNET account lmao.

bot was and will never be 100% secure.

your own fault. blizzard detecting script. friend busting you or whatever :P


i dont think blizzard detected demonbuddy. as that would als mean they detected honorbuddy and otehr buddy products.
many honorbuddy were banned too. mostly cause of doing something else. bot, hack and "unsecure botting".

im still botting with d3 and wow. :)

Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is used in addition to the game to gain an unfair advantage. These programs may increase movement speed or teleport heroes from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Cheat Programs ("Hacks")
We take action against accounts using hacks when a hero on the account is identified using a hack program. Hacks provide benefits normally not achievable in the game. Such benefits may include: increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls.

Automation Programs ("Bots")
We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.

This Diablo III account has been closed by our staff based on a review of the account and all related policy violations, in accordance with the Terms of Use and our In-Game Policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support). Note that any open bids or auctions at the time of the account?s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on the availability of your financial institution. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account?s closure will neither be refunded nor reversed.

Moving forward, this Diablo III account and any Heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. Come to think of it... if blizzard fails in Germany... and personally i think they will... account bans due to "illegal programs" so to speak may be sufficient grounds to sue bliz XD. slim case to be sure... but still... food for thought.

I don't know what level of "protection" you use when botting Diktat but something tells me that if you are doing this all from the same IP address that is how you got flagged and banned. I know a lot of people play on the same internet but then these friends and brothers do not kill the same monster all day for 5-10 (any higher and that is why you got flagged for sure) hours a day. Simply put if I was blizzard and I seen 4 accounts farming sarkoth on the same IP in different games for even 2 hours I would be all over that with a ban hammer in seconds.

I'm just curious, is your account name or Tag name in Diablo 3 is Diktat??
 
I've been botting 24/7, with a bot that's supposed to be detected, for five weeks now.
Stop it with the myth that botting 24/7 gets you banned. It doesn't.
