Worth to farm gold these days?

Learn how to spend your gold on items to put on the RMAH. I frequently make $40-60 a night with one bot.

And it runs completely AFK for me, properly gear your heroes folks.

Will you please enlighten us nubs with 1 piece of gear to do this with?

like "ring with stats x x x sell well on RMAH" etc.. :)

Why is everyone asking this? He isn't going to share, nor should he, you will have far better satisfaction and most likely far better profit experimenting yourself, everyone's a winner this way.

not even worth farming gold atm if you're looking to sell it off. just saw gameusd.com selling $2.8 per mil. that's dumb.

It's newbies like you that are the reason the gold prices sell so low, why would he tell everyone else just so you can destroy his method? People are for real when they say this is the "me" generation, go fuck yourself.

Go play with idiot kids on playerauctions that seem to post gold at $1-2 below everyone else because they are so desperate for cash.

1$/mio -> one bot min. 10mio/day -> 8-16 bots (one computer) -> 80$-160$/day * 30 = 2400$-4800$ month - electricity for one pc (100$) -> money :D

this guys math is like spot on....if you think this isn't coming out ahead then something is wrong in your head. If this game is still selling gold at $1 per million and people are still buying by income tax time I'm going to be investing lots of money in 2 to 3 computers that can support 10-15 d3 clients each, DB Sessions and diablo cd-keys.

If I get 30 clients running, which is about $1200 worth of d3 keys, then the db sessions, and computers. maybe $3-3.5k invested I'll be making minimum $700/day just in gold, and if gold stops selling so well? people will still list realy good items for gold and I can just buy/relist on the RMAH. In 4-5 days time I will have made my investment back. But I'm waiting it out to see if its going to be worth it in the long run, because if it isn't sustainable it isn't worth it.

reason this is so appealing is because d3 requires no subscription, as wow does. Losing a ton of money per month to subscription costs isn't something I want to dabble with, makes the startup investment that much more expensive.

Build PC to bot 15 $800
15 D3s $900
Avg 300kgph (low balling it) x 15 = 4.5 mil/hr = 108m GPD X $1.5 = $162/d
Internet $50/m
Cost to run PC 24/7 $100/m (if that)

Monthly income after expenses = $4,710/m = $56,520/y

Ya its worth it if you can sell what you make everyday. Just don't spend it all because when the IRS comes knocking you will have to pay that bill :) Paypal reports all accounts that make over $20,000 a year or have over 200 transactions to the IRS.

After taxes = $39,000 give or take.

Keep in mind this is ONE PC overclocked to 4.4ghz. CPU would be AMD FX 8150 8 Core, 32GBs of ram a decent Video Card, 150+ GB SSD 15 diablos is 120GBs :)

IF gold prices stick above $1 and you can unload 200-300m gold per day I may setup a few.

lol @ people on about elec i live in the uk and my high end gaming system is on 24/7 and it costs 10 pounds a week for THE WHOLE HOUSE ( 3 bedroom house).

Well mine uses 600W when running multibox and price is 26c per kWh. That is way more than a hundred Euros per month. Do the math dude

That's 112,32? per month. And may I ask you what is it in your rig that draw so much power ?

You're assuming that your PSU is drawing 600W at all times. That's not how it works.

people bragging about how much they make in rmah can't possibly talk about EU rmah... right?

SO WAIT A SECOND - what you guys are saying is I cant run a bot 24/7 to make more money doing nothing than most people do in a 9-5 job? I want a refund now!!!!!

I use IB right now and I have 6 bots running at around 350k per bot I make 2.1M gold an hour which is 50.4M a day - even with gold selling at 1.5$/M thats $529 a week I am making doing _nothing_ I also work full time in which this is making more per week than I make.

So I am pretty much doubling my salary doing nothing - quit being tards.

proof plz. doubt that you sell that much, most likely no demands on gold atm.

That seems like an extremely high price for power. I'm paying around 6 cents for kWh, for the next few months. Winter season I pay around 8cents per kWh. Max payload on my computer I can't get it to use over 700watts.
I don't know what an average price in europe is however.

If I were to leave my computer on 24/7, I pay anywhere from $60-$70 a month.
