Worth to farm gold these days?

proof plz. doubt that you sell that much, most likely no demands on gold atm.

You have no clue what you're talking about, right?

The gold price is fine. 1.5$ should be the average right now and it's fine, at least for europe. Once rmah sells it there it should be even better going for 2.5 eu before taxes. That should leave you with 1.9 euros per mil in your paypal account.

If you want to make money out of this business, invest in a pc, buy 6 accounts, profit. Don't bot for 12 hours a day with 150% gf and complain that the prices are too low.

That's 112,32€ per month. And may I ask you what is it in your rig that draw so much power ?

Phenom II X6 3.8GHz OC, HD 6970 OC, 3x HDD and SSD. Internal WLAN and TV card. Yes it does use 600W at full load. My PSU has 750W max output. I'm an automotive engineer so I know what I'm talking abouzt to say the least. Again, I'm not complaining or anything, I use the bots for fun and I like to watch them :D But it's a fact that you have to take electricity cost into account when thinking about making money.

I was making some money with Bitcoin when it was profitable. Now again, Bitcoin mining isn't worth the electricity it uses up ;) (Tho I didn't check BC prices for a while now)

That seems like an extremely high price for power. I'm paying around 6 cents for kWh, for the next few months. Winter season I pay around 8cents per kWh. Max payload on my computer I can't get it to use over 700watts.
I don't know what an average price in europe is however.

If I were to leave my computer on 24/7, I pay anywhere from $60-$70 a month.

26 cent per KWh in germany. A good portion of it goes into wind and solar power subventions. For the next five years, these subventions amount to 20,000,000,000 Euros PER YEAR. Germany has about 80 million population. We have by far the biggest solar power capacity in the world (44% of worldwide capacity, Spain 2nd with 9,6%) and by far the biggest growth in capacity per year. Not talking about windpower now.... Thats why the price per kWh will rise to about 30 cent in the next five years. Oh yes, I've been working in this sector during my studies.

So what you're telling us is Germany is a shit hole? Is that suppose to be news to us? lol.

Money for doing nothing? I'll take it.

If_I_Died.webp

Yeahhh_Mofo.webp

1960.63 over 30 days so about 455$ a week (most of this was done with 1 bot, I've slowly upgraded to more, so it'll actually be increased value over time)

what are you selling to get so many?? i havent sold but maybe 3 items on rmah

1$/mio -> one bot min. 10mio/day -> 8-16 bots (one computer) -> 80$-160$/day * 30 = 2400$-4800$ month - electricity for one pc (100$) -> money :D

You really make myself laugh my ass off, 16 bots on 1 PC?

Well mine uses 600W when running multibox and price is 26c per kWh. That is way more than a hundred Euros per month. Do the math dude

I already did the math for the peeps here, but they won't listen, however I calculated with 380 watts for 4 accounts and RMAH price of 1?/mil (so 51 cent reach me) and it would have given me 209? profit after trashing every account once. It does work, but there will be enough people not going for that kind of trouble.

I currently have a buyer that buys for 1?/mil, he is a private one and it is enough for me since he eats more then 4 accounts can push out.

First off this thread is full of fail..

You really make myself laugh my ass off, 16 bots on 1 PC?
Yes it is possible to run more then 16 bots on 1 pc.

AMD 8 Core 8150 OC'ed has more then enough processing power to handle 16 D3 bots, 32gigs of Ram is more then enough Memory to run 16 Diablo Clients, Considering each runs around 700-1gig.. that still leaves you with 16gigs of ram, SSD for fast load speeds and your Good to go.

Not to mention if you use other such programs to load the clients you can make the screen sizes like 300x150 or smaller and then it uses LESS RESOURCES for your gfx and CPU? but i see you didn't think it through enough.

Build PC to bot 15 $800
15 D3s $900
Avg 300kgph (low balling it) x 15 = 4.5 mil/hr = 108m GPD X $1.5 = $162/d
Internet $50/m
Cost to run PC 24/7 $100/m (if that)

Monthly income after expenses = $4,710/m = $56,520/y

Ya its worth it if you can sell what you make everyday. Just don't spend it all because when the IRS comes knocking you will have to pay that bill :) Paypal reports all accounts that make over $20,000 a year or have over 200 transactions to the IRS.

After taxes = $39,000 give or take.

Keep in mind this is ONE PC overclocked to 4.4ghz. CPU would be AMD FX 8150 8 Core, 32GBs of ram a decent Video Card, 150+ GB SSD 15 diablos is 120GBs :)

IF gold prices stick above $1 and you can unload 200-300m gold per day I may setup a few.

Why do you need 150+ gig SSD for 15 Diablos? You only need 1 Diablo 3 installationto run mutli Diablo 3 clients. This is why people should do research.

Innerspace = Load from 1 single source. I load 3 Diablos atm with 1 client installation.

Power doesnt cost me Jack, I have a workshop which i have my "Office" in and i pay a total of 75$ a month for power bill and i run, Air compressors (industrial), Computer with 800wat power supply, 2 28inch LED monitors, 3 Fridges with freezers, all types of things all the time i guess im just lucky?

Botting is a good way to make lots of money, IF you're smart. To many people today cannot think for them self's these days.

Note: x3 Diablo 3 Clients off 1 Installation of Diablo = 8.5gigs of space.

7.5gig Base installtion + the following Caches, Each cache = a new client load.
Cache-1 - Size: 100-200mb
Cache-2 - Size: 100-200mb
Cache-3 - Size: 100-200mb

Good luck. Say you buy 10 wow accounts (And manage to get them to run on one pc. very doubtful but anyway) thats $600 Say you do manage to jag a $2 per million deal. Sweet.
Your botting at 400k an hour on each toon. Costs you roughly 2 million gold each toon to get to 400k. so thats another 20 million.
so 4 million an hour without any drop outs or stuff ups. which happen all the time. so realistically ill call it, 250k per hour.
so 250 x 10. 2.5million an hour.
So thats only about 240 hours of botting. 10 days. to break even.
Considering 10 days ago, gold prices were about $4 per million.
I reckon in 10 days it will be 2million for 1 dollar. People can magic find for themselves and make really quick gold.
Now that act 1 has been so heavily nerfed you can run it so fast. you make alot of gold.

You cant make money in wow, Wow is to old. Sure heaps of people play it but the value is shit now.. I'm not even gonna talk anymore because ive given away to much info as it is. people need to think out of the box to make money in boting, Lets just say Biggest mmo's are not where the money is.
