We all know the bot is the safest, the API is powerful yet buggy, profiles are not stable, need plugins which don?t run well concurrently and makes more bugs, etc etc. All those are fixable and I trust buddy team..........................

...but we need a local nav system for now, because your server sucks atm. Implement at least local cache ffs, or this bot will not get afkable anytime soon as you have showed us. We, clients, who believed and still believe in Demonbuddy demand something should be done about this crappy DRM ASAP!

If you agree, POST HERE. Even if you don?t have an account on forums, take 3 minutes and make one. Show them they are obviously following the wrong path on this issue.

I agree. I'm requesting a refund, this product has gone down most of the time I've had it, and now I know one of the reasons why. When your protection against people not paying hurts your legit customers, you're doing it wrong.

If you haven't figured out how to use this bot, don't post saying it's their issues. There are so many people on here saying that it is working. Yes, we've had a few little hiccups, but that is expected with any thing when it is released early. I mean seriously, what do you want from him, he gave you discount on the number 1 bot, from the developers of the best bot in the history of botting. I don't get what you're having issues with, as I can see from your posts, you don't care to ask questions on what's not working, or provide details.

I have posted details, and emailed them ab out my issues, and they have ALL been on their end. Keys not activating, lack of response in a timely manner, constant server issues. Not one issue has been user error, so get your facts straight before you start accusing.

Any user problems I have were solved on my own, these are NOT what we are talking about.

These are what 99% of you are bitching about. I have personally fixed 4 peoples issues that were having issues, saying they were their fault.

bots been great since ive had it, just put some effort in and its all good.

I won?t ask questions unless I have any. I know what I am doing. They have admited their nav server have issues, and from mine and other peoples experiences the server show unexpected behavior which stucks the bot time to time. You probably haven?t read the forums it seems.

i've had no issues all day

your full of shit OP

Fair enough. I wish mine were user issues, but they have not been.

Hell after I emailed them about my issues I got the response "2".

Nothing else. No explanation. No apology for their mistake. Just "2". Which I then had to figure out meant they were extending my trial by 2 days.

How the hell is that a good business?

I woudnt support a local nav system. Developers have rights to safeguard their work.

I would prefer a more stable server or maybe backup servers which kicks in if the first one fails.

>Nav server goes down once in stable release
>I hate you all and I want a refund
User logic

server does go down and then you manually have to reset the bots and it sucks when it happens in the middle of the night when you are asleep > wasted time

so yeah, local pathing would be great

Yes, those for which this is just one of the many issues that have happened over the last 5 days, all showing me a lackluster product with an unfriendly support staff.

Works as fantastically as I could expect a 1 week old program to work. Sure it gets suck, but give it a week and it wont. Give it a month and everything will be worked out.

why not local caching? it caches up the paths of a sucessfull run and in case server takes more than "x" seconds to answer it just uses the cached one.

edit: Instead of users flaming and staff being rude let?s discuss the issue and how it can be improved. I?m not considering a refund, 16euros... seriously? Botters are fucking starving to death nowadays it seems.

If the email support staff actually responded in a friendly manner that makes one think they value their customer base, sure.

As it stand they don't respond, or when they do, it's a one word response and it's up to the user to apparently deduce what it meant.

Cannot agree with you there, they are friendly, and they have the right to protect their product, but i just dont think that this is the way either. It will get *****ed either way, and we, paying customer will have a worse product than the pirates that got it for free...

l2r, no one asked for a refund.
Sorry, I'll make a list below of what one mere server mishap has caused.
- Lack of grasp on the concept of "DRM"
- Angry people who have to reset bots? Really? All you have to do is end process of Demonbuddy and launch, tick off plugins and press start. That takes mere seconds.
- False accusations about nav server, as the new server has been up for THREE DAYS! Give them a break, they don't need endless rants about how one crash will make their users QQ.
- People crying about losing trials when they can simply e-mail support and get a refund or an extension on their trials. Don't be cheap, just buy more than a day, or don't cry because you haven't bothered contacting support.

P.S, Someone did ask for a refund.
Derp.

Keep in mind the volume of e-mails they get, and how many representatives are handling it. Give them a break, again.
