Enough is enough. Nav Petition

Cannot agree with you there, they are friendly, and they have the right to protect their product, but i just dont think that this is the way either. It will get *****ed either way, and we, paying customer will have a worse product than the pirates that got it for free...

Responding with "2" when I email them about the server issues during my trial is not friendly. It doesn't even tell me anything, it makes me assume it was a mistakenly sent email. Apparently it means we are extending your trial 2 days. Would it have been so hard for this supposed friendly staff to say "we will be happy to extend your trial for 2 days", so I'd actually have known?

I'm glad some of you have been treated well and had a pleasurable experience. Some of us have not.

All it would take is someone actually acting like they gave a shit about these issues. Instead we get brushed aside.

In the weeks to come Hawker shared more meshes will be on our desktop. Translation, more stability shared with our desktops combined with the benefits of a central server - which will provide updates on the fly.

We are all on the cutting edge of something that will in time, be more then we can imagined or hoped for.

The kicker for now is to realize this is an ever evolving project, is not finalized yet, and not by any means static.

Alright, this is a dev driven products, forums, and customer support. You want them to work on their bot, work on your singular issue with super clarity, and talk to you on the forums? Man, you guys sure are needy, is this the generation coming up now, you guys so used to WoW handing you things, that that is how it works everywhere?
 
I don't get what every one's problem is. We are all using the same program. I have had very little issues since I bought it four days ago. I look at the guides and read many thread about things and now everything works fine. The longest I have let it run is for 5 hour straight and it has done so multiple times.

No, it's been multiple issues. I'm simply responding to this assertion that the email staff is "friendly".

I want to be able to use the product I paid for. I've barely been able to do so for the last 5 days or so, and it has been on their end.

Nav will be serverside, end of story

feel free to complain about, if that helps you cope with it.

If you use our products, you will have to have an active connection to the nav server

Now, the nav server is usually pretty good... look at honorbuddy, it does great. Give us a little bit of time to work out the bugs; you guys bought the sessions at a discount - hopefully in the next few days we'll iron out more issues and squash some more bugs. There's a ton of people submitting bug reports; the more we get, the more we'll fix stuff. As far as nav - we're adding some logic right now to compensate for various issues
 
Sorry, I'll make a list below of what one mere server mishap has caused.
- Lack of grasp on the concept of "DRM"
Not really. Elaborate on that. Or you think server-side forced features are not protecting their intellectual property? So you just could reverse it and cache the navigation by yourself. DMCA anyone? Oh, you?re not in the US? Neither am I.
- Angry people who have to reset bots? Really? All you have to do is end process of Demonbuddy and launch, tick off plugins and press start. That takes mere seconds.
If you want babysit or restart often go bot with AHK or autoit. Or not because even then can unstuck and relog properly.
- False accusations about nav server, as the new server has been up for THREE DAYS! Give them a break, they don't need endless rants about how one crash will make their users QQ.

this thread is pointless, I agree the bot has problems, atm there is a work around to the navi side wp thing you just make the waypoints shorter i believe, for now it works until they can fix the navi server.

Yeah, I do. They may not share their methods of obtaining their loop, statics and final classes, but giving us the ability to execute them is pretty damn close to open-source there champ.
