5 sessions at the same time with 3 DB's

Running similar system as yourself with 3 separate accounts active at same time.
Is their a method of being able to log in under the same account, only into EU or Asia server, while also logged into US? Missing how one would be able to have 5 sessions at the same time...unless one has 5 accounts?

I have 5 accounts currently, and planning on buying two more.

You CAN log into Us/Asia/Eu at the same time with ONE account, but to be honest, I feel that's just begging for a ban. I'd rather dish out the extra cash, and feel a little more secure. Pretty sure I'll get a return on the investment.

Edit - When I say 5 sessions with 3 DB's it means that at that time I had 5 diablo's open on different accounts, and three of them were using DB. One was idling and one was being played manually.

Diktat, u r the right person to mention what you did beside the usual stuff to make bots loading time not lagging.

Agreed on how that could raise a flag. It must be in the config files imagine editing to allow US/EU/Asia same time.

Was that WOW at one time only allowed 4 active games per ip?

Using i7 920 2.67 Ghz
6 gb RAM
Windows 7 64 bits
SSD 64 gb Kingston (d3 here)
1 TB HDD
AMD RADEON HD 6700 series 1gb ddr5? dont remember

and opening the second instance matters not with isboxer or copying folder, still takes a while to load second window

1. Copy Diablo III directory to a new directory however many times you need
2. Create desktop shortcut that ties to "Diablo III.exe" (i.e "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III Two\Diablo III.exe")'
3. Put -launch on end of command
I.E ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III Two\Diablo III.exe" -launch)

Voila, it's magic.

have no load times with above on three accounts.....instantaneous loading of all three

Hmm, why would that be begging for a ban?
I'm sure Blizzard allows and am aware of a user being able to simultaneously log into multiple regions, otherwise they would have easily prevented this?

am still wondering how that is accomplished....

Not sure what you're asking me, man. =(

Because the TOS clearly state that you may not share your account, and that it is for YOUR use only. Unless you're schizophrenic, I'm not quite sure how a single person could play on three different realms at the same time, and doing 20 hours worth of core runs every day..

That's how it's asking for a ban.

take the following as a grain of salt....encouraging...but if one wishes to place their well being into a blue post and trust it...more power to em.....

Blue poster Belfaire explains Blizzard's stance on multiboxing

Multiboxing, the process of one person playing multiple characters on multiple accounts at one time, usually by the use of multiple computers (thus the term) and macros that can be activated on all accounts by the push of a single button, has most recently seen coverage here on WoW with our 2-man Karazhan report. The act of multiboxing is one that has been the subject of some debates, mostly centered around whether or not it violates the EULA. Those in favor of multiboxing can breathe easier today, as Blizzard poster Belfaire has stated in no uncertain terms that Blizzard has no problem with the practice in a post on the customer service forums.

In short, he says that the advantages of multiboxing are no different than the advantages offered by normal grouping. Since multiboxers can be damaged, feared and CC'd as easily as separate people playing separate accounts, and since they can't do anything the same amount of characters couldn't do when played by different people, there is no reason to consider it an unfair advantage in PvP or PvE. He also answers quite a few specific questions posed by thread starter and multiboxer Velath that clarify why Blizzard accepts Multiboxing and does not consider it an exploit or an unfair advantage.

For example, he clarifies that using one keyboard to trigger macros on multiple accounts is not exploiting, but using that same keyboard to make a Fireball spell go off whenever it is availible is. Switching between windows or boxes to issue commands? Not exploitation. Using a bot program to make those windows run automatically? Exploit. In short, just like with people running one account, automation of a character via a third party program is Illegal. Setting up shortcuts to use macros or using gaming mice or keyboards (such as those in Adam Holisky's recent series of articles)is legal, and something that has always been fine with Blizzard no matter how many accounts the person in question is playing.

I certainly applaud this stance by Blizzard, even if I don't quite see myself doing the whole multiple rig setup. Admittedly, I am somewhat biased, as back in my Everquest days, I was about the only member of my small guild that didn't multibox, and was always greatly appreciative when someone when bring out their tank and healer multibox team so we didn't have to worry about who was going to fill those roles. Either way, it looks like Multiboxing is here to stay. So the next time you curse that 5-box Elemental Shaman arena team that just Chain Lightning'd you into next week, just remember that you can't call them illegal. However, you can still thank your lucky stars that they weren't Restoration Druids.

found the problem of my lag, when i copied i forgot to create a new shortcut so i was using the same path creating insanely lag and unable to join games, once you copy, create a new short cut thats important or change the path.

Diktat, whats your settings on ISBoxer? Anything special or just the usual?

Just the usual. Followed the guide on how to use the wizard, and set it up like that. Oh, I DID change the min background/foreground fps on all windows to 60.

What are some tactics for decreasing load for those of you going 6+ instances for even better performance?

Decrease Max/Min FPS ?

All instances Windowed?

All instances windowed at 800*600, lowest possible graphical settings. More Ram. An SSD.

I finally managed to set it up. 0 lag in all windows. Mission accomplished.
