Random question: Where do we find questId's?

you don't; they're in the bot dump only ... so you can't find them off of swtorhub / torhead (you have to dump quests from the bot to get the id)

we're using a combo (at the moment at least!) of int id's, and string npc names / placeables (placeable = game object)
