They said it would "likely" come out February 1st. They don't have to apologize for not meeting a date they never said they would make anyways.

I will allow the fact that maybe my comment wasn't clear, but i was deffinately not telling them to apologise... it is usually common criteria to start of with a 'sorry' in this scenario, And don't act like your not interested in when exactly it will be released.....
