Naja so ganz kann man das nicht sagen. Die AGBs unter sagen das benutzen von Bots, das ist jedoch ein anderer Tathergang als das Entwickeln von diesen. Der Grund warum das bannen unwirksam sein k?nnte, w?re, dass die AGBs nicht Transparent sind und damit unwirksam.
Das Bots legal sind (zumindest das Entwickeln) ist auch nur in Deutschland so, in den Staaten gibt es bereits einen Rechtsspruch von Blizzard gegen MDY Industries, diesen hat Blizzard f?r sich entschieden.

I no speaky german.
I disagree, I am not a hard core botter. I use it where some players would use farming. I do not have the time to commit to farming which is required to have mats or gold to play the game at a reasonable level. If botting were not available to me I would not enjoy playing the game and would likely stop.

The game has slowly died, the only ppl interested are the no-life, the newbies and the botters. Kill the botters and they will kill the newbies. The newbies maintain the botters. Then the no-life will be hanging around with nothing else to do, except the same and will continue to die. WoW have 1 more year left. Unless they actually kill the ez mode, and the epic fest. Is becoming the same over and over, ppl are growing tired of it. Newbies want perks, perks only comes with members. Game is just dying really. Actually botting is becoming boring too. Now the chinese are buying too cheap LOL

was wollen die denn machen? wenn man l?nger als 2std on ist bannen wegen botten? es gibt auch bots die nicht injecten da is jedes neue Warden bedeutungslos

I am glad these guys are willing to fight, and if you really want the honest truth about in game econ. You could ask any casual botter that has been around for a very long time to see the tides change. When they mass banned those accounts years ago. Product prices shot up so much because very few people actually spent the time to farm.
You would see, Copper Ore which is outside of every major city almost 10yrds away selling for over 5-10g a piece. No want wants to farm, they rather level other toons, sit in the cities and talk to their buddies, raid. With the actual increased difficulty in obtaining the mats (fighting 3 out of 4 times you wanna loot a node, plus 2-3npcs it's just stressful, not worth it)
If bliz gets their way, (which I hope they don't, cause I do bot but I also actually play the game) they will just break their own econ until another bot program comes out. Not only that, but on a lot of servers 'buy me gold spam' decreased. Because everyone and their mother bots.
Bliz really needs to open their eyes and realize people will not play a game without a stable econ(which bots provide; this is why most competition bliz has fails rather quickly), and new players won't stick around because it takes them 2 weeks to earn enough coin to buy a band aid for their character.
Blizzard also needs to realize most of their long term players that were there in Van bot. Bots bring in the utopia of wow(prosperity for the server, bountiful lootz, gold for all). I really do not want to see this program brought down.
It is the best out there, SO GO GET EM BL!
Btw I have never sold gold I never will, any coin I come across I use to help new players(which keeps them subscribed - cause of the few nice players there are!), friends, and family. So plz shove that in their face, we aren't all out there making money off their game.

Ne wird eben nicht bedeutungslos. Es gibt andere Methoden um Bots zu erkennen, das hat nix mit injecten zu tun
Nur ein Bot der injectet kann man halt einfacher detecten.

If Bossland made HB amazing at fighting in bgs and not just running around stupidly dying, perhaps blizzard wouldn't sue. I can understand people's frustration when they join bg with 5 bots, work hard and inevitably lose. Of course, bot supplied economy is very nice provided its not overflooded with bots, but the main issue of course is the pvp bot.
I've recently started playing WoW again, although i quit for good well over a year ago i have returned to play it due to GF's interests.
That said.
If honorbuddy went down, i woulnt play the game much at all.
I dont know how many gamers out there are aware of what an "Operant conditioning chamber" is - google skinner box.
But as im am fully aware of the lengths games like WoW have gone to recreate this in a virtual form for human consumption, the only thing that keeps me from uninstalling WoW right now is the knowledge that the repetition is taken out of my life thanks to honorbuddy.
Also i hope bossland is considering guildwars2 for his next bot!

Has anyone ever thought that Blizzard might want to change their Biz-model someday to free2play since there is much more money into it?
Not just pets... ore, maybe even shiny gear for REAL Money etc.... Bots are a real threat to f2p-based-titles since they rely on time-consumption and base on money for time-saving spent.
Just my two cents. Its a major movement in gamebiz.
