Since I'm bored, and waiting for the newest build of HB to be released, I decided to read this thread fully.
I will not speak for anyone else other than myself when I say I let HB play my toons for me. I use LazyRaider to run Heroics, Regulars, and even Raids. I don't remember the last time I actually manually played a toon after discovering HB. I believe it was pre-WotLK. I like moving around, but given that I have bad eyesight I tend to miss procs and visual cues to push a button, so I let HB handle everything except movement for me. Call me lazy or unworthy of a spot on a raid, run, or whatever because it really doesn't bother me. I give my $15 a month to Blizzard to play my own game. If I can find ways to make my gaming experience easier for me to enjoy, then I'll use them.
Some may call it cheating, and I agree. It is, but I don't care. It lets me have more fun playing the game the way I want to. I'll always support the use of HB and GB until they're shut down permanently. I'll use them for as long as I can as well. I won't say what server I'm on, if I haven't already, and I also won't give out my toon names. I believe those are rules of the forums anyway, so no one will have to worry about, or everyone will always wonder, if they have me (the perma-botter) in their runs. You may look at that top DPS or top Heals and wonder if that's me. If it is, that's good, if it's not, well that's good too. I'm going to play my game how I feel I should be playing it.
Everyone should play their own game and not feel the urge to tell someone else what's right and wrong about how they play. No one should be calling names, or saying who's worthy of what and who isn't. Chances are if you're posting in these forums you've used HB or GB, so you're basically being hypcritical.
Sorry if I offend anyone or cause someone to get sand in their vag, but I'm just callin' it like I see it. Now, back to cooking and waiting for HB to be released so I can go back to being proud of my top DPS and heals.
