Alright it says this"You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!

You are currently on build #0" everytime i open honorbuddy and i dont know how to fix it even though im logged on my guy. any help or advice?

Yeah. Wait for the new release of HB because a patch has been put out that has disabled the current version of HB. If you read through the thread you'll understand what's been going on. Raphus said that a new release will be out tomorrow morning. For now, the bot will not work.

I only discovered this site last night and so as soon as I got up today I bought the one-day pass, logged into wow and facepalmed.

Make a new thread is payment issues. Ask for a fresh 24 hours since HB went down the day you purchased. They should be fine with it.

On the topic of the Update Detector, they could implement that... Don't know how, but with mad skills I bet.

A test is NOT what we need.
Too many users got the test, then didn't get the next test until they kept complaining in new threads, and them didn't get this release until they made even more new threads and we had to reference them to the new download.

A release in the morning will be just fine. Go hang with friends or something tonight. Maybe ask a girl to a movie. Or jack it to "Pants Off, Dance Off".

I'm gonna keep working on plugins, and contribute to The HB Experience.

this is true. everyone either complains or comes to the rescue and says "they're working on it!".

i would like to hear that from them? it wouldn't hurt to spend 10 seconds to tell your customers whats going on.

Ask them for a refund, they're giving out free days with the Rift bot. Ask for that or your money back.

I've been so used to the HB team's super fast releases that this has hit me kinda hard.

No botting for a day is...difficult. All those hours lost :(

On the note of the "flaming" going on above, a customer has every right to complain, even if it's just because he lost access for one day. No need to attack a person for doing so, seriously. What's often even more pathetic/funny is how people jump to defend the seller out of some sort of fierce loyalty, to the extent of resorting to insults.

People go absolute nuts over even smaller things in real life. If your neighbour called the cable company complaining about a 5 minute TV blackout, and then proceeded to cut off his cable service and contact the BBB, would you start hurling insults at him and telling him he should've read the ToS the next time you see him outside? Seriously, the crap I've seen people say to others online for simply complaining is horrific. At least no one here has told him to commit suicide yet though.

The dispute is between the buyer and seller, so leave him be. @ both you parties: no need to degrade the thread.
 
Lol, that's how I learned to do a lot of stuff on the Computer, I READ that way I ain't stupid when someone asks me what OS I'm running lol... just an example because people always have a blank face when you ask em what machine they got.

reason why its high because of new gear acquisition, people are gemming like crazy. It won't last very long, so no need to xfer. thats why im so anxious lol. On regular day, its only 50g/stack.

We're more than happy to compensate people losing 1 day of paid time (obviously only applicable to 1 day purchases, and the like. You silly lifetime users get nothing!).

However, we work as quickly as possible to update every patch (4.3 changed a lot of stuff, and we had at least a somewhat working build out within a day). We don't work 24/7, so when Blizz patches at the end of the day for us, its kind of rough for us to update, test, and release a build when we're all just about to go to bed. I realize customers are all over the world, so our night, is their day, but we're a small company, and we do need our rest as well.

A customer has every right to complain, but that doesn't mean its not counter productive. You call a Cable company and report a problem (an outage as per your example) it could take the techs HOURS to get to your area, these guys started working on their bot immediately (great response time unlike Cable for example). They are doing their best and anyone who asks for anything above and beyond a person's best, is just ignorant. Same goes with any kind of outage, Power, Cable, Telephone (lines down), Natural Gas, Bridge closing repairs all of that is a fix that takes time, as does updating a bot to current patch. People these days want too much "instant gratification" like the song says they want it all and they want it now, and if they can't have it now they go nuts because they expect it now... Well if they can do any better than the people doing the services, then please step in and show us the way.
 
LOL, let's get to the bottom line here, Complaints only get in the way of progress. Because the developers take time to come read this garbage instead of spending the time to fix what's broken so people need to just stop complaining in General. We all want the same DAMN thing and that's to be able to get HB back up so let's forget about what was posted earlier that may or may have hurt some feelings.
 
I understand, Every customer does have the right to complain. But, come on. That crap is nonsense. It's like if there were people complaining on the WoW forums about how all the servers are down on Tuedays for maintenance.
