AV Weekend

I'm botting on 2 accounts, 1 horde and 1 alliance. On the horde account, alliance are constantly winning. On the alliance account, horde are winning. Grrrr
 
I'm running my 67 Horde Rogue and it's ok. It does the run half way somewhere and turn around and start running back but then turn around again. Biggest problem I see is he runs through where the rams are, aggros one, then stands there and gets killed by it without ever attacking. It also won't leave the battleground. Just sits there with the results window open until it expires. When I hit leave battleground manually it still won't leave. Don't know whats up there. Averaging 203k xp an hour with mixed mode questing.
 
Nobody else getting the following issues:

Running into Walls of towers when trying to get inside them.
Running back and forth inside a tower. When doing this it never fights back if attacked.
Poor pathing issues in general

I watched it for 3 BGs and it was only a matter of time before I got reported. This current release is a disgrace. BG bot used to be the only thing that did work 100% now it doesn't on the biggest weekend of them all.

yeah, AV is very buggy with BGBot.. it's almost too bad to even bot it sometimes..
 
For me, its okay-ish.

I would run with the group until the field of strife then suicide into 50 people. Then I'm always stuck running to the field of strife and dismount and attack someone mounted and chase them across half way the map.
Even though they are way ahead of me and out of range to see them anymore.

Then I stop, mount, run to a tower, attempt to kill someone, run back down then back up since a rogue was stealthed.

Other then that, no problem.
 
God alliance sucks at av. 5-15 so far. Lol win so I can get xps!!!

First time ever i have felt comfortable just letting it do it's thing in AV, still has the occasional back and forth shuffle but fuck it. I have a Sewell Adapter and have my PC hooked up to my tv, running it with alt-z so no UI. Looks like a movie on my tv :D Have that and my Dubstep on my stereo while doing other shit on my monitor, good times :)

Holy Pally using Ensemble with Squire enabled. Just seems ALOT better than it used to *shrug*

I do that all the time with my Ally/Horde toons, all day, every week I get to see them have at it while leveling up. Sometimes I make bets with my brother on which bot will win :D

I see what you guys mean about the melee / ranged dps on the PVP mode.

Trying it on my hunter and it just runs, runs runs through a giant group of horde, trying to make it to where ever it is thinking its going. Dies / Re-try.... If it wasnt AV I have no doubt that I would get reported.
 
Anyone having trouble with the toon just sitting at the gate with BGBot? (Alliance)

I have the latest HB.
 
Neither the BG Bot or PVP mode are great. The BG Bot goes the wrong way and runs into walls. PVP mode tries to run up a steep mountain and then just stands there not moving at all. Crap
 
For a change BG bot is actually not that bad in AV, for me. It hasn't run into walls or gotten stuck, it does decide to go the other direction quite often although this particular BG is still marked buggy by devs so I'm not put off. PvP bot doesn't work at all but meh as long as one works. 85 cat druid bloodthirsty/epics, durid CC.
 
AV weekend is ruined by this bollocks release.

Complete rubbish. Either sites at the gate or runs into walls or back and forth not fighting at all.

If you are stupid enough to use HB in AV this weekend and get banned then it will be your own fault.

I have to agree. AV is very poor. Is there any chance of a quick fix so at least half the weekend is bottable ?
 
Hi, was hoping to bot some honor in AV this weekend but for some reason I keep signing up for WSG no matter what profile i pick. AV/AB/WSG/EOTS they all sign me up for WSG :(

Do anyone have an idea to what I'm doing wrong ? Using Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4620

So what's best to use atm? BG Bot keeps doing suicides.
 
Mine was q'ing me for WSG last weekend and I couldn't figure out why. I had EOTS selected. I restarted everything and it worked after that.
 
Hmm, it keep saying 'changing current profile to Empty Profile' and queue me up for WSG no matter what I pick.

Tried to delete the entire folder and unzip HB again but for some reason it have decided to bot WSG.

Am I the only one who have/had this problem ?

When you say that you restarted everything you mean WoW and HB right ?

Oh my god, I found the 'problem' and it have been sitting behind the keyboard all the time... This is so embarrassing I simply refuse to tell you what the probme was :P
