Your calculation is wrong.
Because you can't bot just with the 25€.

You need WoW+Addons+a 2nd PC, if you want to bot without getting your main banned.
And for this amount of €, you can easily buy like 100k gold.

Why do you need a 2nd PC?

well the reason is that people suspect that bans/suspensions are done by mac address and no isp. so a different pc has a different mac address.

As a ex goldfarmer, the whole Mac address, HDD serial number is conpletely unsupported by an evidence out there. We would have had a pattern emerge by now if they did use that data.
It is a red herring thrown out by tinfoil hat wearers.
If its such a huge worry, spoof your mac address or change it.
Also I would be more worried about buying gold. Blizz track gold transfers into/out of accounts, and total number of gathers. go over a limit and you get flagged. so simply if you buy 100k gold, your gonna be flagged. If you farm for 3-4 hours a day you will make 1-1.5k a day, without raising a flag.
Also I know that they track from a court case- before the ZOMG how do u know that posts!!

if 1 acct gets banned, thats usually the warden or maybe a quick check.

if all of your accts got banned, it was a very, very, very thorough investigation and its by a senior GM

Boting is much safer. GB is such a great bot (Hats off, makes Glider look like a pile of puke), i think, mostly because you are in control of your own destiny when it comes to getting banned. Being stupid and going non-stop in the same place is dumb.

Buying gold is far more dangerous. I bought gold several times on my main account to gear up for raiding, and recently its been getting hack attacked.

I thought perhaps this was because of the fact i downloaded a bot program from this site and it came with a key logger or some kind of malware. But i've put that to rest on the simple fact that the accounts i bot with haven't even been threatened.

You should buy gold if you are actually playing the game. Botting for gold is stupid unless you dont care about your accounts being banned. There is always a risk in botting. Also risk in buying gold but less likely in my opinion

thats wrong i always bought gold from Randyrun and always affther buying gold i sended the gold to another char and delete the char where i bought gold with i never got banned for buying gold and i never been hacked just watch out on what links you go

Puts tin foil hat on, you all know blizzard can read your mind do you?

Boting is kind off safe if you know what you are doing, buying gold is always a risk, if they investigate the seller they can ban you to.

its pretty save buying gold from randyrun, did it many times before i got HB. but HB is so much easier and cheaper than buying gold!

i know randyrun is maybe abit expensive then others but i had never a ban with randyrun and they always deliver good service there but when i bot on a new server i always buy a few golds to get me started say like 5k

Botting gold takes around 100 times the amount of time it takes to buy it lol. You can buy lets say 20k, in 10 minutes, and ahve it delievered etc. With botting you must download, set up, get plugins, open wow *by now you're at 20 minutes*. Start bot, make sure it's working, keep checking on it, leave your pc on, come back when it's done, sell all the amts gathered/craft them.

If you have the time, bot. If you don't, buying is far easier, time saving and poses less risk than botting it yourself nowadays,

GB lifetime = $112 usd
WoW fully upgraded = $119.97 usd (free month used for leveling to 85)
WoW monthly sub = 14.99

$231.97 initial investment, 14.99 recurring

Gold = $2.8 per 1k at IGE.com ... I consider this the most expensive place to purchase gold, you can get cheaper elsewhere and even cheaper with a private seller.

You'll need to farm 82k to break even and an additional 5.4k per month.

Keep in mind that you do have to level that account to 85 and that in itself is a risk. If you happen to get banned, you'll need to invest another $119 to restart, about 43k gold. Also there is an ENORMOUS time investment between setting up the bot and selling your goods.

In the best possible scenario you should make back your initial investment after about 2 months...everything after that is pretty much profit.

In the real world, I'll use myself as an example. I've been botting for several months now...about 4 or 5 months. I used HB to level one of my mains to 85. I have a 2nd account that I consider a main but is also disposable (I plan to just level different toons on this account and xfer to the main account. And finally, I have 3 farming bots...2 at 80 that are now on hold and 1 at 84.

At this point, I have yet to break even on even 1 farming account. This is partially due to the complexity of running multiple bots and all of the Cata patches that screwed HB. Most of the time I've spent trying to build profiles and generally tinkering with the bots in different areas. I've been 72hr suspended on 4 accounts because of grinding so I refuse to run in grind mode for more than 6hrs at a time.

So to anyone considering buy HB/GB to supplement your gold income. Unless you're in it for the long haul, DON'T DO IT! You'll need several months to break even and even more if you happen to get hit with a ban.

If you're interested in selling gold for profit...GO BIG or go home. This means you'll need to invest probably close to a thousand (assuming you already have a good PC) and more if you need to purchase hardware. Don't think you'll be able to sell gold on the side because you won't and will end up spending more than you will ever make.

Go for HB/GB if you like to tinker with bots or don't care about losing an account or two...this is me. I actually started out as a multiboxer and turned to multibotter. I just have fun with it and it's been providing me and a few friends with some spare gold and mats to play with.

84k in 2 months? You don't know how to bot!!! I make about 12k per account DAILY! So that is 1 week.

Here's the thing, i have never bought gold, but i did start botting 6 months ago, and have loved it. I have sold a little bit of gold, mainly trading gold for game cards. I have 2 farming accounts, who then transfer the gold to another account which is the Guild Leader, and then i have a toon from my main account as a member of the guild. I Have not been banned on ANY of my accounts, and currently now have a 2nd guild that i had to start. I have 1mil in Guild 1 and 600k on Guild 2. So as long as you do it smart, you can do quite well. I spend less then an hour a day on my bots.

Whaaaat?
You say that HB is detectable by Warden? I certainly don't hope so, as that would cause a worldwide banwave.

He's not saying that. He is saying if your account looks suspicious to botting, you get a ban, ya know? kind of like a "we THINK you are botting"

no

if 1 is banned, the warden has various checks that it does such as how long you've been online, how many mobs you've killed in an hour, how many nodes you've gathered, how many times you've died, etc

we don't know the exact # for any of it, but if you do get 1 acct banned, then it's an auto ban based on their 'new' system that was implemented after cata came out

6th (7th soon comming up??) year now and been botting since day 1, just up till recently i have always been grinding 12 hours a day none stop. Ofc tho i have my breaks i mean for 2 or 3 months i might play 12 hours a day every day, then take a little break from the game for 1 or 2 months. The longer i play in one go the longer the break. For instance my last period i played for 4 or 5 months then i had a 4 month break now. so id say i play about 6-7 months a year, and I never hand level.

On my 3 accounts which I've had since wow came, I've done it all. (Never used hacks though) I have always been checking out most forums tho to keep updated on news to know when to take a break from botting, when a place is a hotspot for so called "bot hunters" and tricks to not get taken.

And when cata came i bought 10 new accounts, and on each one i level'd characters with grind mode. Not a single account was lost.

I myself believe warden is dead, and have been so for a very long time, why else would Blizzard bring honorbuddy to court.

I don't think Warden is dead....
At the beginning, though, Blizzard made a couple of mistakes on Warden that lead to some legal inquiries in European countries. Warden was doing stuff that was likely illegal in (at least) the Netherlands and Germany. That resulted in a very much neutered version of Warden resurfacing.

Remember back in the day when Glider randomized it's filename/window title because Warden scanned all the titles of windows that were opened on the computer when WoW ran? That was one of those things that wasn't much legal over here and got WoW branded as Spyware.

i was running 3 accounts per high server when cata came out i was making 120-150k per 24-32 hours per server, then gold went to crap and i got all my accounts banned.
To me the hassle isn't worth it anymore i would rather just buy 10k if i needed it. reinvest all that money to only get 50 cents per k to mass gold buyers is just to risky and not worth it
