Lifetime Key expiring

shit. im late to the party. I was JUST about to come back to ffxiv - was setting up everything, tried to open RB - found this.

prooooooobably not coming back now :p I used to use a combination due to some things being superior with RB, but for what is apparently 15/mo? no freaking way.

Shame. Sounds like it all went down pretty nastily, not that im super surprised but yea. Go monthly, fine. But lifetime owners should have been given at least a 50% discount.

oh well. My main account got banned anyhow, lost a full stash of 70's with a metric ton of shit. Was just coming back for nostalgias sake anyhow ;p

Ah hell. Hopefully the ship doesnt sink. the 6 month price is reasonable enough. While salty for obvious reasons, im objective enough to understand at least the monetary side. The rest is pure inconsiderate bad business and thats putting it nicely.

Still - the guys behind the plugins and such worked their rear off and it shows in many of em, they are just superior in feature or function to much of the competition. Plus ive got history here. Thats always a bitch at my age :p

Well so much for that. Declined for potential fraud. Maybe my VPN. Tried again. Must be reviewed by financial team. Are you serious? lol. Bossland is sure trying to NOT get my money again.

I think I got my money's worth but lifetime should definitely be lifetime.

Haha I had lifetime keys with both WoW and this game. Thanks for the lesson. Very disappointed. I hope this bot goes the way of the honorbuddy.
 
Same problem here, just checked buddyauth portal and my key is missing, where is it?
 
@tony.55 Just found out about this. This is some top advertising. I mean i didn't use my Rebornbuddy Key for like 4 years now, but if there is something like "Lifetime", or 3600Days like it states in the mail, i think this should be mandatory. I'd like to get a refund for my "Lifetime" Key.

the same here, 3600 days key probably got 1800 days left but can't use it now, or at least refund me half of my money as I only used half of key time
