[Discussion] Life-time keys expiring now

Today i see my expire of the keys. Now u lost another 4 customers. Another 4 communit helper. Another 4 bugs reporter.
If you dont give us what we have paid for, Bossland, you will gettin a letter from our lawyers.

all these years i have seen departures and arrivals...staff members,store devs,com devs,peons,testers,users....

thats normal imo,you cant keep everyone happy

good luck with the legal paperwork :)
 
Hope you guys close soon and are not able to get any cent trying to milk your customers.

Waow, you really love your community. You should take a community manager, because really, you, as bossland, really suck when you have to speak to people.

I never said I was a CM. Thank's god, I choose a job which don't need to talk to customer, or anythink else about people. But I know i'm bad at it. You look like thinking you are a kind of god, like small boys hiding behind a computer.

Oh, and just saying : your compagny don't have money any more, you can't find place for someone :) Maybe because you suck, maybe because you don't have chance, but you are not far to loose your job because of blizzard and German's law. I have place, in my open space, for developers, if you wanna.

Thx me for choosing paypal to pay your service, just going to ask for refund, and I will fast get it. I'm curious to see how you will be able to refund everyone. , it will fast cost to your compagny such money, just because you are not able to ask gently for donation.

Love you Tony, but now, I have to go on RoS Bot, just same as demonbuddy, but free one. Bigger community. Better management. Still not detected (even if bossland try to say it x)). The only think making me stay here was Trinity, I will not pay a second time for a key going to be deleted in a few month because your compagny close.

People who pay now remind me people who pay for lifetime mega*pload just before it get closed. Except that for you, we can easily now before it get closed that it will get closed.

thank you so much for reminding me about the paypal refund feature. i have sent them an email and they want proof of the program being a scam. i have sent them bosslands post about lifetime keys not expiring on a screen shot and then again explained how this was changed without any user/subscribers consent. i have provided more than enough proof to cover me and make it eligible for a refund.thank got i used paypal and not my credit card. thank you for boosting my account for 3 years for free bossland.
 
I had no idea of this, Was using pokefarmer and I went to check on my hashing key. I noticed it said my 3 demonbuddy keys were expired and i thought, hmm i had lifetime subscription keys wonder if it was a bug. Went to site, noticed you couldn't purchase a lifetime anymore. Came to see how diablo botting was doing, and found this thread. Pretty stupid, but money must be made.

I guess I understand your attitude after reading pages and pages of complaints, but you should know that you started this by screwing over your customers.

Made a dick move. Get treated like a dick.
 
I get it that future plans require a monthly payment requirement. But doing this to existing people that already purchased an account with other restrictions, and changing them, is completely bogus. This is only going to lessen income in the future once people realize that they will never get what the pay for, since they have no idea if it will change in the future. I hope there will be some compensation for the people that weren't given at least the 3600 days that the original email stated.

I had to apologize to people that I suggested this product to not knowing that the company was going to back stab their customers. I wish I could turn back time and go with others out there.

It was fun while it lasted. But I'm hoping erase this experience from my mind.

Yes. Any existing 'Lifetime' sessions will continue to work as expected with no expiration date.[1] The only limitation is that 'Lifetime' sessions are no longer offered for sale, and existing single session 'Lifetime' keys can no longer be expanded with the 1-to-3 session offer.

This is nothing to be concerned about. Lifetime keys shows up with a "Days Allowed" of 3600. This is an implementation artifact. If the game is still going in 10 years, the key will be extended.

Speaking for myself, I will not "renew" my "lifetime" licence... and yes that's a painful oxymoron. In the end, you will not get more money from me.

As a "lifetime" costumer, it's time to say "goodbye".

Blizzard is doing an excellent job to stop botters. The company won another lawsuit against Bossland, the creator of Honorbuddy, one of WoW's most advanced and popular bots. As a result, sales of Honorbuddy must cease in Germany.

Money is running out and the bot makers will need to move their operations outside of Germany. Blizzard has also been improving Warden's anti-cheating detection algorithms lately, resulting in many banwaves last year. It's worth noting that lawsuits between Blizzard and Bossland are ongoing for several years now and this is the longest time a botting provider was able to keep up with Blizzard without immediately taking down their services.

Bossland is running out of money, because of expensive lawsuits and low sales, so instead of bringing down the service, they reverted lifetime keys to 2 years. The official court decision isn't yet available to the public.

I won't try to get refund on paypal or joining in any lawsuit war if Bossland admit that he lied to me twice when he sold me the life-time services, and then again when he said it would be a 10 years key. I do not play diablo any more. I guess that there are people who are trust worthy and those aren't. It's life.
 
I have to say, if nothing else... I am rather disappointed. First of all you know you've fucked up when you falsely advertise LIFETIME products, but with some concessions and a bit of GOOD customer service I could have handled it. But to make my LIFETIME account active from around the time I bought the product... REALLY GUYS? REALLY? If nothing else, everyone who bought a lifetime product should have it until 2018 based off good practice and good customer relations alone. You guys are truly disappointing. As a customer who had multiple WOW keys and D3 keys as well... I have to say that due to this piss-poor handling of the situation, I will NEVER renew my licenses from Bossland. Good Bye
 
Doin good bossland i bought a new key the day my key expired so long as the bot keeps going you will have me as a customer for wow/d3/whatevr :)
 
I never expected lifetime to be my lifetime or the games lifetime, demonbuddy's life time maybe. lifetime is unsustainable unless you charge a large amount or is offset by a large amount of buyers then invest the money for *indefinite growth. But considering the upkeep, and constant legal fees, lifetime would end regardless if Bossland's company goes under. I don't think he would do this or anyone for that matter unless he needed a much needed infusion(sink or swim situation). I know it's a shitty situation all around(I had four lifetime keys) but you have my support for now. No other other bot comes close.
