may be a good idea for bossland, give to old lifetime customers legionbuddy bundled with hb if we have to buy new keys

yes bossland destroy their customers base and also all plugins, profiles and cr developpers, the only clever one is tuahna who left the boat and release soon his cr on another bot base a way more faster

It's sad. I am afraid after this step сommunity will be seriously reduced, some of this people made contribution in this project. It's just..... means, that you always can manipulate with time of subscription however you want in the future, instead increasing the price. From a human point of view, it's just not fair. Buddy Project, it brought me a lot of good, but that, unfortunately, has crossed all. But yeah, it's just a business.
 
Could you not have waited until pay day at the end of the month, or the start of a new season. Any notice even a message when you start the bot, some effort on your part would have countered the outrage.

I feel I'm a pretty hardened diablo player, getting banned over the years and starting again but is now a good time to stop?
 
what about, let the peaple have their life-time-cards and open donation-thread with progress or something like that ?

I bought 8 lifetime Keys, And i won't buy anything more.
Changing the life time keys is illegal, but who cares ???
Demondbuddy was made by the community (adventurer, routines ......)
Bossland wants money, they gonna die now with this change.
In season 9, i didn't see any new content in DB, there is no support for new builds, routines are mostly from season 7.

So now,i will play manually for the first month and then go to ROSBOT for the rest of the season.

Buy buy community.
 
Really bad move.

Anyway it is not that much money.

On the other hand, trinity is a total crap at the moment, that's a fact. Support is way beyond critic.

If not this bot, something else will show up, that's for sure.
 
This is a very bad move by Bossland.

1) By dumping Lifetime keys bought by thousands, years ago Bossland is creating a huge group of 'haters.'

2) Bossland believes that since they are losing their profit because of the nasty Blizzard lawyer attack "rinse and repeat," to wear them down and make them cash poor, that the suddenly unable to bot anymore old timers will just buy 1 year licenses :/ .

3) Bossland I am sorry you are getting hosed by Blizz lawyers. This is part of the reason the world hates Blizz with a passion. But Bossland you are pissing off thousands of D3 clients and you will never come back from this!

THINK WHAT YOU ARE DOING BOSSLAND!!!!!

YOU ARE SCREWING THOUSANDS OF USERS THAT WILL NOT GET ON BOARD WITH YOUR NEW WAY OF THINKING!!!!!

THERE IS NO COMING BACK FROM THIS.

i understand bossland business but i think better is to make lifetime year's submit es. 3 session life time 30 $ year 1 session lifetime 10$ year
 
Update on the key dilemma:

Update to the actual heated discussion,

Keys are always running off their time, once they where first used.

1) So if you had a Key from March 2014, but you never used it until March 2015, we would count your key as "purchased" in March 2015

2) Merged Keys can be Unmerged, it makes sense when they still have time to run, just write the support at [email protected]

wohooo, i am pretty sure that those who bought a key never used it in the first just in case bossland changes its fucking policies... wtf...
 
At roughly 2 Euros a month for a robot that plays the game for you... after getting the bot for less than 1 Euro a month for at least 2 years...

Get a job? And pay 2 Euros a month?

That's like 20% of a meal, per month.
 
Incredibly greedy and deceptive of Bossland to do this. I paid for a LIFETIME license, I would rather my money back, I would never pay the premium they are asking month by month.

I think your missing the point, It's not about the cost for most of us, It's about them lying about what we were sold and then removing a key (not a software license) that was rightfully paid for. It would be like you loging on to your computer one day and windows saying, "Hey, we aren't making enough money, now you have to start paying us yearly for something you already legally own." Keep in mine here a software license and a key are two different things.
 
If you want to cut back on operating costs just say so.

No one is stupid enough to believe that converting cheated customers into monthly subscribers is a profit generating strategy.

If you didn't expect a prolonged legal battle at some point then bossland is naive.
 
From a somewhat related topic - Star Citizen's Terms of Service change:

Be careful if any Bossland websites etc ask you to accept any changes to their ToS, as you may be signing away more than you expect.

I've zero legal expertise mind you, but changing how a product I've paid for works without my consent (even if only via the usual EULA / ToS shenanigans nobody ever bothers to read) stinks to high heaven, and I would be shocked if it wasn't illegal.
