[Guide] LTK 70+ grifts 2.4.2 100b+/hr
Hellow* fellow buddies, I don't see any guide for fellow monks who wants some dank loot along with some nice paragon levels, rather than having an alt crus/WD for paragon grinding. I did some fiddling and fine-tuning of this and perhaps someone got better solutions to what I'm doing already, if so, feel free to add to this/share your experiences with it. I'll try to keep it short and informative.

+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=
1. The Build
Pretty much standard LTK.
Substitute the [Transcendance] with [Near Death Experience] as you see fit, Argueable to swap [Sixth Sense] for [Beacon of Ytar], though having Beacon won't give you perma Epiphany, so with the Trinity settings I feel it's too inconsistent as damage reduction. I however think that [Seize the Initiative] and [Harmony] are pretty much set in stone, just make sure you get secondary resistances on your pieces.
Here's a link of the skill setup I use
Diablo III Character Planner
I feel the weakness of LTK is health recovery, I don't like LoH nor LpS, so I had some lucky rolls with items and got health globe bonus. If you run only 10% RCR you get 45*[Life per Spirit Spent] = (with 0 bonuses) you get ~20k HP per LTK cast. Here comes the synergy of your generator, as long as you fight bigger packs you'll be quite set with spirit and thus not needing much RCR nor want it. (My current build as of right now has 1355 LpSS = 61k HP per LTK cast).
2. Gems
Bane of the Trapped - no contest
Gogok of Swiftness - may be replaceable with stricken, but highly unlikely, the dodge, attackspeed and CDR is almost too good to pass up on.
Bane of the Powerful - the gem I'm most unsure about, I like it for the 20% dmg (benefit vs trash mobs), increased dmg vs elites and reduced damage vs elites. I think the other option would be Bane of the Stricken to have an easier time with mobs that are not dying as fast + rift guardians.
Diamond/Amethyst* for helmet.
*Amethyst works if you run 10%CDR in paragons and Gogok.
3. Items
Your standard LTK pretty much, but it might come off a bit weird with what boots you use:
(Diablo III Character Planner)
Equipped:
Full Sunwuko except helm which is Gyana Na Kashu, Focus & Restraint, Rivera Dancers (Or Illusory boots), Spirit Guards, String of Ears, Scarbringer and Crystal Fist.
Kanai's Cube:
The Furnace, Illusory boots (or Rivera Dancers) and Ring of Royal Grandeur.
Follower:
The Butcher's Sickle (for mob stacking)
The Ess of Johan (for mob stacking)
Oculus Ring (for random chance of increased damage)
Follower item with 'Cannot die' affix
Illusory boots explanation:
A friend of mine (botting LoN Crusader) mentioned he read somewhere that "the bot works better with Illusory boots" - and so I decided to try it out.
I find that you die less often due to either mobs blocking your pathing, mainly towards pylons and wallers, even though you run Dashing Strike.
*side note - you can get the full dmg increase of Rivera Dancers when cubed.
4. Trinity Settings
View attachment Zyberkoorb LTK combat and avoidance.xml
Not 100% set on the avoidance settings but the combat I feel is close to optimized.
Even though using all the toughness and precautions I feel that trying to kill Arcane Enchanted mobs usually ends in me dying at least once, therefore they're checked to skip.
If you run 'lower' GRs I suppose you can kill them, depending on your kill speed.
5. Sweeping wind plz
So if you've tried this build out with the standard settings, just bopped on the gear and gave it a whirl. It fails horribly, Sweeping wind stacks are not maintained and you're just sat being a sad sob.
The fix*:
Thanks to @OnlyMonk https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonbuddy-forum/plugins/trinity/252284-roundhouse-kick-monk.html
*NOTE: When you're going to add this in, don't put it in the the wrong directory. Go to \Demonbuddy\Plugins\Trinity\Components\Combat\Abilities to find the correct one. There is one in another directory which has a very similar name.

6. "The Proof"
Sooo I've very recently started using demonbuddy, just over a week and I don't know how I would go on about showing a log of how this setup is doing.
What I can say that most deaths that occur are during longer travels without spirit and thusly dropping sweeping wind and outright getting oneshot. Sometimes some nasty Arcane packs that the bot not quite wants to skip due to other mobs being nearby. This is also one of the reasons for why I have set 'always kill elites below x%' to a fixed value.
When it comes to Rift Guardians, out of those I've monitored I've seen this struggle with Perendi and Voracity, the rest are a piece of cake.
I've checked occasionally in the text box of Demonbuddy and I'm currently doing GR 75s with an average clear time of 9 minutes.
Paragon level 995 as of now with these stats (augmented 10/13 items with 70-75level gems):
Gyazo - 8437e7a2bde3708132657b74159e4280.png
Grift 75s (with Area Damage ~66%
[Adventurer][Rift] Runs count: 15
[Adventurer][Rift] This run time: 0:09:21
[Adventurer][Rift] Average run time: 0:10:15
[Adventurer][Rift] Best run time: 0:06:20
[Adventurer][Rift] Worse run time: 0:12:44
[Adventurer][Rift] This run XP Gained: 9,139,415,513
[Adventurer][Rift] This run / Hour: 58,568,685,420
[Adventurer][Rift] Total XP Gained: 263,869,681,922
[Adventurer][Rift] Total XP / Hour: 102,893,919,160
[Adventurer][Rift] Best XP / Hour (single run): 138,437,248,555
[Adventurer][Rift] Worse XP / Hour (single run): 40,911,014,203
[Adventurer][Rift] Best XP / Single run: 21,928,005,181
[Adventurer][Rift] Worse XP / Single run: 8,479,174,521
P.S.
What I want to do/add to this setup:
*1. With channeling pylon to spam LTK (but also keep up spirit guards affix) - added
*2. 'Hybris mode' - with shielding ignore all avoidance (This might exist? Havn't found anything though. I don't know Demonbuddy well enough to make it check for if you've got the buff of shielding pylon to then override the avoidance settings and when it expires return them to what they were.)
Enjoy, feel free to add pointers and opinions.
I'll try to answer questions as best as I can.
Peace out.
