[Official] Honorbuddy down time discussions

lol melee hunters... with pets... talk about ridiculous. Suppose it was destined to be though, ever since Rexar picked up those melee axes it was destined :). Anywho, its going to be much easier but as a result of simplifying the game down to this low of a level it feels like there is no skill involved as much as it is memorizing which 4-5 buttons to press in what order... Games been like that for a long time but never has had this simple of a rotation =/. Good for botting tho haha ^_^!

Skill level won't go down, it will just be in other areas.

Instead of focusing on pressing buttons, people can focus more on positioning and awareness, etc.

Thus raising the skill ceiling for those areas.
 
ah so the most annoying arenas where everyone LOS's everyone all game... not as fun Imo, but im sure it'll bring its positives, and lvl 110 will bring new abilities etc etc. Im optimistic.
 
Looking at all my DKs specs and skill bar or skill book makes me a bit depressed, I get that we get a few new skill from our Artifact Weapons but I didn't expect to lose this many abilities I suppose combat routine makers have their work cut out for them.

right? my blood dk's bar is like.... 4 buttons and 3 cooldowns... more and more i'm wondering if they're trying to bring wow to console or something, though hell even final fantasy 14 has more skills than wow at this point and it's been out on console from the start :\

nope the devs and beta testers are already testing the bot i know this because on my old name i was once a beta testers til evrything is ok they wil release a test hb on my other name here

wel for me it doesend matter if it has 4 skils or 14 or 30 i can make the rotation button on 1 key via razer synapse macro and just put the playback on record once and keep pressing that button and it wil do all abilties i macro on that macro

Well beta testing sounds fun (would probably be more of an alfa considering beta is public / not yet released tho? anyhow *cough*) how did you got in? Could probably get a battle chest or two to help testing stuff out if that was an option :D

my other name is mario27 i know them for a long time i was here since the die of glider bot im here since the beta of hb the first release or so almost
 
Did a mod/admin just delete the LegionBuddy Discussion Thread because of a lot of negative feedback? Dat censorship xD

Back to Topic:
Downtime can take a while I guess, but shouldnt be that important since most of the CRs wont work anyway.

If I remember correctly Millz has already finished updating his CR's, except we have nothing to use them with xD.

So basically You have to purchase the Honorbuddy just for the purpose of having it, then you have to Purchase each Profile, then you have to purchase Legionbuddy? Why buy Honorbuddy at all then, when other Bots have free "profiles" that go with them? 90% of all Profiles on the Store cost money. Honorbuddy does however provide a few Profiles, but none of those that you actually would use a lot like Gather profiles... So all in all, the price to use the Bot is about a one time 100 Pound for all the Profiles + the Monthly subscription + the Legion buddy...

This is money making at it`s finest... The whole thing is set up as a scam, unless you provide more Profiles to go with...
 
Nope Honorbuddy und Legionbuddy are 2 total seperated Products and don't have anything in Common except that both are programm for WoW.

And Legionbuddy don't have any functions like Gathering etc. it is a pure Rotation Bot. So, simply said, it just pushes the buttons for you.
Honorbuddy is a complete Automation Tool where you can Farm AFK etc. Like i said, they both have nearly nothing in common.
 
Why being so negative about legionbuddy? its awesome in my opinion since i only use CR
 
LegionBuddy and HonorBuddy are two completely different entities. Legion Buddy will not support HonorBuddy and vise versa. LegionBuddy will not run dungeons gather will not do dailies. All LegionBuddy will do is run a Passive Combat routine in a LazyRaider / Combat Bot Enviroment. The LegionBuddy combat routines are not compatible with HonorBuddy. LegionBuddy may be the basis of a new HonorBuddy platform down there road as LegionBuddy uses x64.

LegionBuddy bot base is free but you will have to pay $10eu a month to use and the CR profiles appear to be $10 a piece. You get one free CR with the monthly which you can only change once a month. So if you have 5 characters you play daily you will have to pay $50 for 5 CR's then $10eu a month to use them. They have reported there may be a bundle discount down there road.

That`s what i mean.. So for farming you want Honorbuddy, plus the Profiles, for combat you want Legion buddy and wow 50 Pound?! This is purpose, they don`t do the combat routine in honorbuddy because they want to make as much money as possible. Sell everything in little pieces...
 
why is there no offical topic or statement about the update / update process as the hb client states?
hb is saying "update needed, check forums for info and process updates" but there is none.
as a developer myself i can understand u need time to update and that there is downtime but a offical post / statement
about the estimated time, even with some update posts as work goes on doesn't take that much time does it?

can we expect to see some offical statement or do we all just guess wildly?
