[Official] Exilebuddy Support is Ending Today

Pls tell me that there is a small chance that this decision will be revoked.I would gladly pay 100$ a month for 10 keys.80% of the exilebuddy users will pay monthly for the bot.This is the best product out there.Pls i beg of you find a way to change this decision.I bought 2k usd computer i have 7 life time keys and i quit my job to be fulltime on my botfarm.........................Why wasnt there any ETA about this?The bot was updated for 40 fucking days and after they released it 3 days later you drop the bomb out of nowhere...

if i replace lifetime licence with other one someone say i get only 1 month licence for other bot lol
 
shutting down a non profitable buisness needed to be faced, and are acceptable.

but burning customers by stopping support from one day to another is not really a smart way. You could at least keep support till perandus ends, so everyone has a grace period in searching other ways. You'll loose many customers, maybe also for bot's not even been come out right now. I'll consider my next bought here due to recent unavailabilities in hearthbuddy, exilebuddy and now the sudden stop of support here.

your license will remain lifetime whatever bot you choose to swap your key to

news announced as fast as the decision was made cause there was no other way,since you are around for a few years you know thats not the tactic we followed in the past (Riftbuddy/Winterbuddy)

and used the buddy product 6-8 weeks


and now you offer 0,00€ refund?

did you ever think about legal admissibility if you act this way as a company?
 
The big problem here is you guys waited to do this, at the worst possible time.

Then just say your sorry, when clearly this has been a big problem for a while just didn't care to address anyone shows the exact opposite of being sorry.
Then to say nothing can fix it (the best product you guys had), when you guys have not even tried makes it seem like you clearly don't care about us as a customer.

My dumbass even bought keys to all the other bots while I was waiting for ascendancy only to find out Demonbuddy only worked with specific classes, but honorbuddy did work OK, I'm just not into WoW as much to pay for each and every script when I was just looking to kill time until the next league.

Seriously, nothing has been explained other then we don't have numbers to see why it's not worth it, and that is even worse that we are only a # to you guys when a bunch of us clearly care about this product, mainly the community devs that you just decided to piss on.

And trust me, I understand it's a business first and that we should be # to you guys, but the apology just seems so fake.

I'll leave this here, as it about wraps up whats going on in my mind..

 
sad news love this bot so much long time runing it and was thiking on geting more keys

yet buddywing is still being maintaned and developed? and exilebuddy that gets - from looking at the forums at least - a lot more traffic.. this doesn't make any sense at all. great job, really, great job on shutting down. what the actual fuck.

Yes - i'm aware of - and not want to blame anyone, but at least i'm a customer, who bought hearthbuddy and seen it not being supportet for a very long time, and not having several real long downtimes of exilebuddy, waiting as a faithful customer, try not to complain about long wait times, because thats the way live goes... but with a "we stop immediatly" because of buisness reasons... sry but i don't get it. If you say "can't tell you why, there is no other way" at the first post... okay i'd accept it. But for buisness reasons you should need to take care of your customers and look for a more acceptable solution to stop this bot... just my 5 cents

Poor Tony will have a hard day at this thread or forum...

This was not the case when I was playing it not long ago, and tony himself had to install teamviewer to tell me it will be fixed, to never trinity fixed in a time that kept me interested in the game.

I wasn't trying to bash the product though, just venting my personal frustrations. so i'll keep it on topic
