Barbarian is not using Ancient Spear

ah, finally someone could reproduce this bug. Its the same for me, I have mentioned this already yesterday in the Trinity thread, but the only thing Jubisman recommended is to do a fresh install (which I did and it didnt fix).

This bug is strange, I have monitored my barb for quite a while and sometimes he uses ancient spear, sometimes not. And this happens for both Builds, Earthquake as well as Charge build (6IK/4R).

Hope they find the problem and fix it asap.
 
when it seemed Aspear wasnt being used enough. i went into the bot and checked off to fury dump when max fury and adjusted the MS on ancient spear to be way lower.
leap barb set does fine with it adjusted.
charge barb is still clunky with the bot. had to manually change the barb cs file to lower furious charge casting from 4000 to 50 so it could spam it,
still dies too often since it ends up losing charges to 0 sometimes.

millisecond adjustment does not improve the situation. Yes if you lower from 3500 to 1000 ms, he uses AS faster, but still sometimes it doesnt use AS at all (although it should to reduce CDs of Leap or WotB)
 
Well, seems bug happened after installing update (first I did completely fresh install on new windows), and now AS just doesn't work anymore, no matter if you freshly reinstall DB.... What the hell?..

P.S. Lowered AS timing to 100ms, it doesn't help, it completely misses AS usage, never clicked in once

I've reported that he doesn't use it "quick" enough. Even after adjusting MS. Mine still uses it but sometimes he prefers to shout/warcry causing him to die instead of resetting leap CD with AS.

where do I set these settings?
 
Hey guys, can you try this out for me? Should be a lot better when it comes to leaping and boulder tossing. Also, you should indeed lower your ancient spear delay sliders a bit for this build. Anything like 1500 ms should be ok.

Gonna try this now on clean DB from ZIP. I just overwrite everything right? Or should I paste it clean?
 
boulder toss and EQ Set working very good now!!! i have ancient slider on 1700ms.
After that update i disabled also the fury dump option!

You can do a fresh install, that's a good idea, but don't use the trinity that's included in DB's zip as it's bound to be an old version. Get the latest one from the official thread instead.

So what should I use from that zip? Cause of course, I overwritten everything, BT still doesn't work.

EDIT: sorry, misread, I see you meant download Trinity from separate thread and dont use it from official DB zip :P

For me, it uses ancient spear just fine, I have the slider set to 4500ms delay - this keeps up focus/restraint perfectly

Thanks man, but the AS usage still on and off after I used this zip and reinstalled DB.
It's like the old one, it worked at the first few seconds(or minutes), than things just getting worse. :/

Its only a bit better, still bugged or something. Before update it used Boulder Toss every 3-5 sec so WOTB always was off CD, that was good. Its very bad atm

same for me. for charge build (6IK/4R) its buggy, for leap build its fine tho.
 
Guys, I fixed bould toss for LeapQuake barb, no one said anything about Raekor.
