Barbarian is not using Ancient Spear

so far:
first grift used boulder toss quite a bit, still 1/4 of the grift without WOTB;
second grift used boulder toss hardly ever, more than half of the grift without WOTB;
third rift and more, same result as second rift. if you manually help and boulder toss bot will use it a couple of times then stop using it again.
 
Good report gorgoroth, thanks. I'll try to figure out what's going on with the FC logic.

This version is better than regular Trinity after patch. But its still odd.

The best settings would be that it pops WOTB then FC untill full fury and then does Acient Spear 2-3 times when ever its full rage so the CD for WOTB is ready again and then, that would give the bot 12-15 sec in pure WOTB form and only spamming FC. Do you understand what im trying to say?
 
Found the problem. Now let's see if I can fix it. Maybe it's up to nesox tho.
 
Alright, lucky for us I told xzjv about this and he knew to fix it. You're gonna need the whole package here, just barbariancombat.cs won't do the trick.

A couple of notes: You're gonna need to turn fury dumping on for it to work right. The reason for that is that Sprint has priority over ancient spear here because you'll never have enough fury to cast it if we switch priorities. Now, Sprint costs 20 fury, and I set trinity to start dumping when the current fury is equal to or bigger than 80% of the total fury. What this means is that if you max out your fury during your charging, it'll then spend 20 fury to cast sprint, and if you don't have ANY bonus fury, you'll still have the 80% you need to cast Ancient Spear. You may not always max your fury while charging though, so I highly recommend you have some extra fury. Anything bigger than 150 fury should be fine here.

Also don't forget to lower you Ancient Spear delay slider if it's at the default 3500. That value is too much for this build, so I recommend something around 1500ms.

So keep that in mind and have fun :)

Good job. It Works :) But I got the Ancient Spear 4500 MS and its good :) At 1500 It charge and cast it charge and cast it, with 4500 it charge 3-4 times then cast

Is it postible to tell Trinity that if WOTB is not on CD it should not use Boulder Toss any more?

Yep, finally it works, not sure if it's 100% alright, but at least bot uses AS not, got it @ 1500ms, seems fine and it's not being overused
 
either I am doing something completely wrong or overlooking something but the bot doesn't seem to spam FC anymore now, charges in, uses boulder toss and starts autoattacking everything.
 
Try to download new DB zip and delete Trinity included. Then download this last Trinity in this thread, it really works. At least it works on build I showed on 1st post
 
first post is about leapquake, i'm talking about the 6xIK+4xRaekor build, using FC. either i'm overlooking something or the build is broken. I do have furnace in cube instead of standoff.

It is fixed for FC barb, not sure why it wouldn't be working for you. You can also try the latest version on SVN as it also includes these fixes.
 
I'm using 6xIK+4xRaekor build without focus + restraint for speed farming. Downloaded 2.14.31 and did a fresh install, but it rarely uses Ancient Spear.
A lot of the time WotB falls of because it doesn't dump any fury.

Edit: I've tried turning on Fury Dump and lowering the Ancient Spear Delay, but also that didn't help.
