ArchaeologyBuddy - An Archaeology Bot

Well for me it is till doing the same thing as before with the last version. It does fine until it gets to the dig site but does not detect a landing point and will just sit there in the air right out side the dig site. There are NO errors in my log though. The logs look the same as what i had posted before. Anyone else who has had this problem fix it yet?

I got it after about 3400 troll solves. So if you want that weapon, let Honorbuddy run overnight for a couple of weeks and be prepared for lots of mornings when you awake to find that it still hasn't procced.

I hope you mean fragments, not solves. If it's solves, I have officially given up on this weapon.

Do you have the latest version of Honorbuddy installed? I was having the same problem and then discovered it was because I didn't have the latest release of Honorbuddy (which incidentally now comes with ArchaeologyBuddy although I don't know if it's got the newest version yet).

Also, just wanted to say thank you to Raphus for all the hard work he has put into this bot and a thank you to anyone else who contributed, if anyone else did. There is no way I could have dragged myself into grinding archaeology all the way up to 525 and now I don't have to.

but i don't think u will find more information in the complete log that i put before, coz there is no error message in log, nothing

No, and if a non lifetime user can show all is setting for achbuddy bot, i will appreciate
and explain how it make the bot run when he was lvl1 archeology.

Otherwise could you try running WoW in a different PC? Maybe try it with your addons turned off?

all addon are off and ive only got 1 pc lol, im gonna try a new cc now =). thanks
 
Has anyone tested the new release in wotlk/bc yet? The last one didn't seem to work too well.
 
Found an issue spot, that I am not sure if anything can be done for of if should just be blacklisted

Nek?mani Wellspring in Cape of Stranglethorn

Character has always ended up stuck int he water at

X=-13806.54
Y=384.7362
Z=82.70678

There are artifacts on land really close to that loc in the water by the bridge, but I have came back to PC many times to find my bot dieing or dead in that spot due to drowning, he tries to fly out but lands on sloped land and slides right back in from watching it.

I may blacklist it, but being a troll spot and farming the troll sword I have avoided doing that so far
 
I'm having the same problem as Jacobhwrd... I get ot the digsite, but then it stops.. doesn't land. Wondering if i'm doing something wrong? No bugs, and everything seems to work fine. if i land him, he then starts to dig too. So i'm getting an error from Finding digsite to landing. Anyone know how to fix?

Are you using an english operating system and english client of WoW ?

Yeah, you're right. You can see that there's a minute where you have it running, but nothing's there.

Is there any activity on the other two tabs while you're letting it sit there?

Hi RapHus - im haveing the same thing. , im runing both English Clients. (99% sure) tryed changeing cc ,different settings. redownloading Mesh files.

If the NPCs speak English, you have an English client.

the only message i have, is to let me know i'm not a lifetime user and it will be using ground mount, but nothing happen bot don't move nothing.
i tried without my ground mount summoned, and with my ground mount summoned, nothing.

That sounds like it is more of an HB issue potentially. As you should be seeing all of the various meshes that it is loading on the third tab. You'll see PAGES of "Loading mesh Kalimdor_23_45" or something like that.

If you aren't seeing that then the pathfinding is failing.

Post a log as an attachment!
 
If your inventory is full and you've ticked "solve artifacts automatically", you just stand there trying to make the artifact.
