Expired Mail from 6 month ban

Did anyone try making a ticket for Expired Auctions after they got un-banned during the six month ban wave?

If so any success? What did you say in the ticket?

I lost quite a bit of TCG mounts such as

Swift Spectral Tiger x2
X-51 Nether-Rocket x2
Blazing Hippogryph x2
Corrupted Hippogryph x2
Feldrake
Ghastly Charger's Skull
Magic Rooster Egg
x-51 Nether-Rocket X-TREME
Wooly White Rhino

And the only thing I botted was some dumb Archaeology Achievements. :(

@ Klyex .
Normaly they cant delete your Items/Mounts /Pet.
Are you sure that you dont buyed before the Mounts/pets from a China Farmer?.
Cause they dont wrote anywhere that they delete your Mounts or Items or something like that.
You gotted only the 6 Month Ban and Gold /Honorpoints lost.

Cause that with the Gold /Honorpoints is allready a stupid system from Blizzard.
First you get the Ban for 6 month on the 13.05.2015 on this Day they should allready write you that they delete your Gold and Honorpoints.

Cause you wait 6 Month (thats allready your penality) .Than they wrote to you , you will loose all your Gold /Honorpoints on the the day where you getted unbanned.

It was mail on the Auction House that expired within the 30 days.

Ah now i understand .
I think its maybe Possible that you get back the Mounts /pets .
I would just write a Live chat message its the fastest way.

Yea I know that but I was wondering if anyone else contacted them and had sucess with it. Like I am not sure how to word it so it makes it sound like they might consider giving the mounts back. :)

I did it as soon as I got banned and they put the items in my bags for me. Items are usually only kept in their system for 90 days. So you are most likely out of luck, but doesn't hurt to try. It's not like they don't know you were already banned just call and explain your situation and see if they can assist you.

See I also made a ticket right when I got banned asking them to do that but they didn't do shit.

I may have missed someone saying it, but have you tried logging onto your battlenet and using the restore function? your items are probably in there and all you need to do is click them and restore them.
 
Why would they restore them? You, like the rest of us, botted to gain a huge advantage over legitimate players. You lost items due to a ban from said botting.

kyle he said he cant do it while the account was banned, but now that it is unbanned they can go back and restore those items. open a live chat support and try again, just say along the lines of "while my account was suspended i was unable to claim items from my mailbox and upon the suspsension being lifted the items are no longer in the mailbox, can you please restore the items that are worth millions of gold, thanks"
 
This is where timing plays an important role.

Say if you put the items for sale on 48hrs auction or what not, and you were banned during that time.

Do not ask the GM to cancel the auction for you.
- This is how I interpret your ticket and I quote "...have my mounts on the AH placed into my inventory."
- The GM will not even try to see if you meant that your expired items in the mail or not, because your request here means your stuff is still in the AH and that you require a GM to cancel the items in auction and have them placed in your Bag.

Instead, wait for your auction to expire and be in the mail, Then open a ticket for the GM to help you loot the mail.
- Do not do this immediately. GM's, like all banned accounts are dealing with a lot of crap/tickets. There is a high likely chance that they may be in a foul mood (ie, folks who got perma banned diss the hell out of the GM. Since it is perma banned anyways.)
- I laid low for a few days (since you have 30days to claim mail anyways,) until the shitstorm kinda passed, then open a ticket for the GM to assist me to claim the mail.
- If your items got sold in the AH then CONGRATS... oh wait, Blizz will rape your gold. So my condolences.
- Although GM's will most follow certain SOP and protocols in dealing with customer service, they are still human and there are some room for personal judgement. Thus, if a GM refuse to claim the mail for you, wait a few days then try your luck by opening another ticket, preferably in different "category."

Sincerely though, I feeeeeelllzzz bad for you son. I myself lost 800k gold and timing was poor as hell. My alts all sent all gold to my main toon cause I was cornering the Auction House parts (Garrison AH parts.) FML :P

blizzard dumps mail logs every 3 months, so if it expires, you wont be getting it back.
